Miico Hotel @ Mount Austin recensioner

It was a bad experience. When we got back to our room in the evening and unpacked to settle in, we noticed that there was brown/blood stains on the mattress cover and a cockroach on the wall. There were also ants crawling about in the room (even killed 3 in the bed). When we pointed out these issues to the staff, the staff were not prepared/ill-equipped to deal with these issues. Poor service recovery and were not even apologetic. They had no rooms to offer (claiming full occupancy), only offering a new bed cover (which they refused to change for us) and a spray to kill the bugs (which they did not provide either). There were minor issues too such as odour in the room and toilet, layers of dust, broken toilet door lock etc. Also fyi, we booked it as it was near Aeon/Toppen mall but turns out there are no pedestrian crossings/ walkable side paths to get there. We will not be returning to stay again.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made it super comfortable. The price was also very affordable, offering great value for the quality. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet clean place to stay.

Stayed over for 1 night due to early morning facial and dental appt the next day. Booked mini queen room and the bed was clean and comfortable. Shower has hot water but can be more consistent. If taking public transport T10 or T14 from checkpoint, might have to walk a distance before reaching the hotel.

Good location, nearby have eateries. Near AEON mall, toppen mall.

Nice stay the room is small but clean with attached bathroom, just one thing the sound proof not that great, lucky I bring my own earplugs.

The dust in the room is insane… now I have to suffer a runny nose for the week…

Miico Hotel @ Mount Austin is an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is fantastic, being close to AEON Tebrau, making shopping and dining easily accessible. The 24-hour check-in service is incredibly convenient, especially for late arrivals. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a great first impression. The rooms are spotless, reflecting excellent housekeeping standards. Additionally, Belly Cafe, located nearby, is a wonderful spot for a delicious breakfast to start your day right. One area for improvement would be the thin walls, as normal conversations from neighboring rooms can sometimes be heard. Overall, highly recommended!

Booked the loft room, bigger than expected. TV comes with Netflix too! Room is clean! Location is ok just that we have to grab to all other places, it's not walking distance to those popular food places in Mount Austin. And also we requested for one more card key but they say only can have one. But i requested for birthday decorations for my friend and the hotel staff did it nicely, thumbs up! May book again next time!

Booked on behalf and he feedback that overall is good and clean other than towels can be whiter. Providing tissue, slippers and air fresheners will be added advantage. For simple short stay.

The room was clean. The only downside is there are ants in any room that I’ve stayed in Miico. Even when I pulled the table away from the wall, the ants still managed to climbed up on top. I’d had to put my foods inside the toilet and placed it on the towel rack so they couldn’t reach it.

Double storey with 1 queen and 1 king bed, respectively. Each level has its own toilets, which are actually good for 4 persons. Location wise, it is a bit far from the main mount austin, though it is near toppen and aeon. Food wise cab try the nearby belly good

A blackout happened for more than 3 hours (iirc) while I was there. No service recovery at all that I had to ask while I check out. For its price, room was ok. Very small but good for one night. Very near shopping malls.

The room is clean and quite spacious. Staff are friendly! Our room even has big windows with nice view!

Good and near to access singapore!
