房間老舊，房內設施無升級如空調，聲響較大且效果一般，洗手枱無過濾裝置，飛蟲較多；網絡不穩定，時常掉線且會斷電；房間清理不規律，需要催促前台才會最終完成每天的打掃；且這三晚的費用較高，性價比低。

淋浴設施出水控制手柄脱落，可以湊活裝回去，但需要比較小心的使用；房間空間較大，適合兩個人入住；房間Wi-Fi效果較差，需要優化。

I stayed at this hotel on August 27, 2023 and checked out August 28, 2023. This hotel offers vouchers through TripAdvisor for free cocktail. When I go to use it, they refuse to order the cocktail. They said it only applied to beer and wine and then the bartender decided to call me a damn gringo. Call management was able to get management to honor their voucher because they were refusing to and the bartender was ordered to apologize although it wasn’t sincere. This place is an absolute crap show don’t go.

This place is old and raggedy, in badly need of remodeling, but it is clean and comfortable. It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for." I didn't want to spend more money on Marriott/Hyatt so I chose this place. Like others mentioned, the internet can be choppy, and the hotel is old and tired-looking, but the food is superb, the customer service is impeccable, and the staff is warm and friendly, thus I overlooked a lot of their shortcomings.

The shower is dangerous. I fell and broke my foot. They must make a change to avoid these accidents. I reported it to the front desk and they were only sorry. I didn't want to do anything else as I just wanted to go home to go to the hospital

From a reasonably efficient checkin and enjoying the complimentary drink in the bar where the staff seem not to be the friendliest it was noticeable that the whole establishment needs modernisation. There were only two power sockets (together) in the room which were already in use for the lamp and TV. There were two others oin the bathroom. The room was a reasonable size but I should not need to use the only sockets on the other side of the room and have to remove the lamp or TV socket, particularly as the lamp was needed as there was no ceiling lights. This is 2023 and rooms need more power outlets than this dated relic offers. Breakfast was not the best. A menu was given and some things that were asked for resulted in shrugs and disapproving faces. Others items seemed to be more acceptable. However when the staff were asked for a particular drink, the completely wrong drink was given, mainly due to the lack of English used and I am also at fault here as I speak no Spanish. Another guest intervened and told the staff what I wanted but he only got it half right and what eventually arrived was a compromise I suppose. Whilst having breakfast the room had been cleaned and after returning to the room to freshen up and collect a couple of items for the day, I had a short 20 minute snooze only to be woken by a member of staff in the room telling me that it was now checkout. This was at 10.30am and checkout was not until 1pm. Additionally I also had another night to spend there!!! This led me to be particularly suspicious as to why the employee was in the room in the first place. Had she been told by cleaning staff that I was out and that the laptop in the room was there for the taking? Was she made aware that I was one of the few few foreign guests in the hotel and being likely to leave the country soon, was she there to add "cargo" to my luggage only for it to be later retrieved by a gang after being followed? From this point on I did not feel comfortable at all in the hotel. This was exasperated by the fact that the room keycard would not work on the door later when returning that evening. A nearby cleaner kindly shook her head and then quickly let me in. I am afraid this hotel will have to improve significantly if it wants to generate business from foreign clientele who simoly want a safe and hassle-free stay. I will not be back.

We booked a double room, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room which had a small sitting area with sofas and a television. Although the cleaning staff have always left the room clean and tidy, the hotel needs some maintenance. Our shower made loud, annoying and continuous noises. Regarding the restaurant and the restaurant staff, I cannot give a positive opinion. The breakfast included in the booking included a plate of fresh fruit that promptly arrived at our table, but it was not possible to eat it because it was sour, inedible. The waitress who took the breakfast order came back from the kitchen saying that the things we ordered were finished, we were forced to eat what was left available. This is certainly not the attention we expected when booking this hotel

It must have been a nice hotel onenceupon a time. Room are very spacious but outdated. Clean over-all. Prices are reasonable for a capital city. We stayed here because of a bike event . The hotel its ok the staff are friendly the restaurant mediocre
