We reached early in the morning it was our first time in iran ever we decided to ask your staff early checkin he denied right away on my face which i completely understand hotel booking was for 2 days however we were so terribly tired my mom slept on sofa she couldn’t hold it at the reception i asked them i can pay extra i can even pay for one more day please just let us,
We had alot of bad experiences from tehran airport till your hotel
But after reaching hotel we had a hope to get better once we sleep but we were asked to wait for long which i understand again,
But your staff at the hotel i swear literally i could feel no humanity least bothered people my felt so so so helpless they were not even looking at us I myself work in customer service been 7 years until i travelled around world but never have i ever had this bad experience and scamming,
Somehow i begged your staff please let us rest we are really not feeling well my mom is sleeping there everyone is coming and looking at her being her son it was so devastating,
Somehow we got our room we were trying to sleep ac wasn’t working properly in room my have heart problem,
Due to alot of things happening to us she said she is not able to breathe because we didn’t rest that much decided to go and eat something we came back my mom wasn’t feel well again until we decided to leave the country same day ,
We packed our stuff and went downstairs asked your staff we would like to check out she said wait she made us wait for so long for no reason i kept asking almost felt like crying that what did we do please give us our passport we want to leave this country and never return, by the i was waiting there earlier that in your hotel there is taxi service one guy sits there i asked him i have this much of money i need to airport how much money do you think i need he took my money and said this is how much money you need 8 notes of 50000.
But when we were leaving one of your staff at the hotel approached me i will help you with texi and took my bag i felt ok there is sign of humanity atleast,
I had 16 notes of 50000 left in my pocket before sitting i asked this hotel guy how much i have to pay him this is how much money i have he took my whole money and said you have to pay all if it i was surprised and shocked said guy inside earlier told me you will have to pay 8 notes only why i have to pay 16 notes
He was like driving is saying so we cannot helo i was like ok take i gave all money to driver my mom started crying and said see how they scammed us he took few notes from that gave it to your hotel staff and both were smiling,
My mom literally cried till we reached airport saying we never been this bad to anyone imagine coming to country to and leaving same day just because no sign of humanity was seen
I pray for your this country and people from this country gets better
Thankyou for your best service
And thank your entire hotel staff from our side for being this nice to their customers I pray that I never get chance to see them again even my mistake
Especially the guy who was there very early morning i hope we don’t see him ever again,
I have alot to write but i myself working in customer service i know me letting my heart out here would not make any difference to your staff
And one last thing this was 78th country to travel so far i have never left any country same day spending so much of money and leaving same day was literally so bad
They could see me my mom falling apart but none of your staff approached us or while checking out none of them bothered to ask us didn’t you check in this morning you already leaving is everything ok in your room or any kind of communication
I feel like writing so much but i better stop my self here and pray no one son in this world go through the same pain that i have been by looking at my mom seeing her suffering

BİR DAHA ASLA!
Otele uçak saatimizin erken olması sebebi ile sabah saat 05 de ulaştık. Bizi otelde doğru düzgün kimse karşılamadı hoş geldin diyen bile olmadı. Bavullarımızı kimse yardım etmedi. Erken oda vermek istemedi. Sabah 8 e kadar lobbyde bekledik. Sabah 8 de odamızı erken vermek için bizden 45$ talep ettiler. Kahvaltı ikramında bulunmayı red ettiler. Kahvaltı yapamayacağımız söylendi. Sabah 5 ten saat 09 a kadar kimse bir bardak su bile ikram etmedi yardımcı olmadı. Rezervayonu iptal etmek istedim ama para iadesi yapmayacaklarını söylediler ve böylece kalmak zorunda kaldım. Kahvaltılar dört yıldız bir otele göre tam bir fiyasko demleme çay bile yok onun için lobby e inip para ile almanız gerekiyor. Kahve makinesi ise bozuk olduğu gerekçesiyle 2 gün servis yapmadı.
Ben dünyanın pek çok şehrini gezmiş otellerde konaklamış ve ayrıca uluslararası bir hotel zincirinde Ön Büro Müdürü olan biri olarak söylemeyebilirim ki otel tam bir rezalet… özellikle resepsiyonda güler yüzlü bir tane insan yok. Kaba saba insanlarla dolu bir yer.. düşününki Bellboy’dan bavullarıma yardımcı olmasını istediğimde bana kaba bir üslupla ‘’getir buraya’’ diye seslendi. Bagaj odasına girmek isteyince önümü kesip yine kaba davranışlarda bulundu. oteldeki tek pozitif nokta temiz olması hepsi o kadar. Asla dört yıldızlı bir otel standartına sahip değil.
NEVER AGAIN!
We arrived at the hotel at 05 in the morning because our flight time was early. No one even welcomed us at the hotel, but welcome. No one helped our suitcases. He didn't want to give an early room. We waited in the lobby until 8 am. At 8 a.m., they asked us $45 to give our room early. They refused to serve breakfast. It was said that we couldn't have breakfast. No one offered even a glass of water from 5 in the morning to 09 o'clock, it didn't help. I wanted to cancel the reservation, but they said they wouldn't refund and so I had to stay. Breakfasts are a complete fiasco according to a four-star hotel, there is not even a fiasco brewing tea, so you have to go down to the lobby and buy it with money. The coffee machine, on the other hand, did not serve for 2 days on the grounds that it was broken.
As someone who has stayed in hotels who have visited many cities of the world and also is the Front Office Manager in an international hotel chain, I can't say that the hotel is a complete disgrace... there is no smiling person, especially at the reception. It's a place full of rude people.. imagine when I asked Bellboy to help me with my suitcases, he called me "bring it here" in a rude way. When he wanted to enter the luggage room, he cut me off and again behaved rudely. The only positive point in the hotel is that it is clean. It never has a four-star hotel standard.

Its good hotel but I will rather chose grand 1 hotel, the service is good. But more of the workers should speak english or just a little bit english. The good thing with the grand 2 hotel is no outside sound( cars bike etc)

Worst experience in my Hole life.
My wife had an operation in Tehran, and we stayed here for 1 week.
Last day my wife passed out Ine the hotel room, and we called 3 times the lobby for help and a doctor/ambulance and the 4th time I went down to the lobby to ask why the ambulance dosen’t show up, they told me that they will come.
It seems like they didn’t care at all. I talked with the manager aswell, he didn’t even care aswell.
The ambulance never came, not even on of the staff came to to the room to check.
Worst experience in my life!
Never never try this Hotel.
All they want is money. As long you give them your money, their happy!
They told me that I have to call ambulance my selg.

We didn't have a lot of choices in Tehran through Trip.com, and only choose this hotel as a resting spot after our long journey.
Check in was a drag. Got asked personal questions that were none of the receptionist's business.
Room we booked wasn't ready, although it was way past check in time. We were escorted to check in while housekeeping was still cleaning up after the previous guest. She stuck around for 30 minutes.
Linen and towels were fresh. Everything else was run down. I'd say a 2 star hotel.
Breakfast buffet was acceptable, although coffee was instant powder that you'd spoon out from a soup bowl.
If at all possible, don't use the services of the hotel taxi booth, next to the elevators. Two-timing swine charged us 3 times the go to rate for a ride in a very rundown cab. Just walk out the hotel, and their are city cabs waiting. Or even better, work your way around the local 'uber' app, called 'Snapp'.
