The rail of curtain needs to be fixed. Others are ok. Especially breakfast food is very good.

The Saina Hotel in Tehran provides a comfortable and clean stay with friendly service. It's a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers, offering a good value for money. Room: I stayed in a single-bed room with a normal view of other buildings. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a cleanliness rating of 3.5-4 out of 5. The carpeted floors added a touch of softness. The room and the hotel's corridors was quiet, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Bathroom: The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Service: The staff were consistently supportive, calm, and kind throughout my stays. Amenities: The hotel offers a decent breakfast with a good variety of food and drinks. Comfort: The air conditioning worked effectively during both my spring and winter visits. Value for Money: The price was a bit reasonable for the quality of the stay. Personal Note: I have stayed at the Saina Hotel five times, with each stay ranging from 3 days to 1 week. Business hotel with good buffet breakfast and baked naans and fresh fruits. Tv channels are state run only. Good buffet breakfast with mix of local and western style. Metro station is walkable. Comfortable and quiet room. Toilet flush low pressure. Used by other westerners on group tours.

it's highly recommended staying in this property as it's safe and clean, no noise at all, good breakfast but the only unfortunate is to be away from city center and you will be stuck in traffic jam. Another point I can make is this hotel is in the alley and you can reserve rooms with any view.

I was there during Noroz 1401. Customer service was excellent. Service of room every day. Breakfast was complete. Location was relatively quiet street but very easy to get taxi and if we want to walk, only few minutes to main street (Valiasr street خیابان ولیعصر()

Spend a total of 10 days in the Saina hotel in Tehran, Hotel is in a great location, with very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast, close to Metro and the main walking attractions by Valiasr street, yet away from the noise. I strongly recommend this hotel whether traveling on business or pleasure.

Staff muito atencioso e prestativo O quarto apesar de pequeno acomodou bem 3 pessoas e as bagagens, possuía uma pequena cozinha O banheiro tinha uma banheira que não funcionada (funcionava apenas o chuveiro) Café da manhã simples, mas eficiente. Ficamos em duas ocasiões neste hotel e nos consideramos satisfeitos
