Ferdowsi Grand Hotel recensioner

Hotellets läge är mycket nära de största attraktionerna och även nära tunnelbanestationen. De omgivande tjänsterna och faciliteterna är kompletta. Hotellets hygien ändras ofta på morgonen och kvällen. Autentisk frukost, iransk stil, men samma varje dag.

En av killarna i receptionen var särskilt hjälpsam, han hjälpte oss att beställa mat via en leveransapp på natten eftersom allt var stängt. Men restaurangtjänsten är katastrofal, långsam, du ber om en sak och de tar med en annan, det hände oss två gånger.

Bra läge. Mycket vänlig service och alltid hjälpsam.

Very very very very bad , too bad , the room is too too too hot , nobody’s care , AC is bad , everything is too bad .

Amazing place where to stay for a couple days or couple weeks. I spent three weeks there and it was a great experience. People were very friendly, I loved the swimming pool and the hookah cafe was pretty cool too. Clean and comfortable for reasonable price. I can recommend it.

The hotel is strategically located in the city. It is very near to walk to the square and historical.building. Also near to Gulestan Palace amd bazaar.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we generally enjoyed our stay here, however there were something we didn’t like 1) No one ever came to make up our room when we were out during the day. They did bring us clean towel upon request though. 2) Room card key needed re-activation every day and they didn’t tell me until I complained about the card key not working properly. They should tell us when we checked in. 3) Breakfast was purely Iranian style, not my type.

This is an extension of my stay in Tehran. Good service and they find we a taxi to the airport in the wee hours but in the end there are some miscommunications such as there is only one towel provided from the usual two since the last housekeeping and the staff blame me for stealing it.

Already been twice, nice and clean

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk and explore, the breakfast was great. Service very fast. The view however wasn’t that good

Location very good near Tourist Attractions Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast with wide variety. A chef who makes for you "eggs/omelettes on your taste" available. Gim and pool available, although extra fee (even for the hotel guests !!! )
