The westin resort lived up to its prestigious reputation. Overview: The hotel itself is situated on a hill top giving a surreal view from almost every room, but the real USP of the resort is the staff. Right from pickup at the airport to checkout and drop off at the airport the staff were very hospitable, polite and helpful. If you had any problem that is IF you had any problem the front desk was just a call away to put your mind at ease Dining: The head chef Mr Pankaj and the two managers Mr Rohit and Mr Shailendra were always read to assist us and were Always making sure of the quality of the food. They were very accommodative and hospitable. Rooms: The rooms were large and neat with a killer view. The housekeeping staff were always there to keep it clean and they did a damn good job at it and they never took too much time. Guide: We requested for a guide and the hotel provides one. Mr Manish was a very knowledgeable guide and was very prepared for anything in our sensational adventures in rishikesh and surrounding areas. View: I have already talked about the view but it is so beautiful that it deserves its own section. Since the hotel is situated on a hilltop facing west , the views are just surreal and the views of the sunset just add to the glamorous ambience of this exquisite resort!

Right from the check in to the check out, the experience was pure joy. The surreal views from the pool, the breakfast with live flute, the high tea and the MVP : the staff. All the above have made our experience truly memorable. It’s a great property situated at a hill top, with views of the Himalayan range and the flowing Ganga river. It’s super kid friendly with a lot of activities and a fun zone called Hakuna Matata for kids. I have a long list of people who’ve made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Sneha, Aditi and Prem at the front desk. Bishal at the pool side. Rohit, Ishita abd Zonuni at Akasa. Chef Ashish who was very courteous and obliged all our requests. Sumanta and Krishna from room service. And finally Sachin at the spa. I believe it’s the staff which makes the guest feel at home, and kudos to the whole team at Westin Himalyas. You guys are doing a superb job.

Was at the Westin Himalyas for a weekend getaway in Jan 2025. The Hotel is beyond amazing. Staff is extremely courteous and hospitable. The food is great. The property is fantabulous and one of a kind being at a height of 1500m with stunning views of the valley. The hotel has good facilities including an infinity pool overlooking the valley (however needs to be heated), a heated jacuzzi lap pool and a heated childrens pool. Additionally there is a bowling alley and a time zone for kids. Special mention to the duty Manager Ms Priyanka Banerjee to make our stay extra special. My parents too visited in Feb 2025 on their Anniversary on my recommendation and they too had a great great time thanks again to Ms priyanka Banerjee. Looking forward to visiting again with my kids this Summer.

LOCATION This property is situated on top of the hill thus providing an amazing view from the rooms. There is not much to do outside of the resort but plenty of things within to engage oneself. All rooms have view towards same side. There is a small trekking behind the hotel which takes one to the top of a cliff and the view from there is breathtaking. STAFF The hotel staff is really welcoming and hardworking. Everyone on different level goes one step further to make sure that customer satisfaction is there. My special thanks to Duty Manager SHUBHAM, SUNAINA, PRACHI and SANJEEV from the front office team for taking good care of my family. The food and beverage team members also did an amazing work. Service provided by LOUNI, DAINA, PRIYANKA, SOFIYA and Mr. RIJO VERGHISE was something which cannot be received in every luxurious property. Their efforts just made my whole family smile and so many things one can learn from them. FOOD As usual this Westin property also provides an amazing breakfast. So many items to choose from. Thanks to the Executive Chef for recommending us the local Thali. Enjoying food and listening the live performer just hits different. ROOMS The rooms have a modern and luxurious architecture, and all the amenities needed. Hygience, comfort and cleanliness has been acknowledged really well. POOL Infinity pool is one of the back bones of the property ***** with open air Jacquise of that big size. Overall, this property should be in everyone's bucket list if visiting Uttrakhand.

We had an amazing stay at Westin Resort, The Himalayas. From the moment we arrived, the hotel took care of everything we needed, ensuring a seamless experience. While I don’t remember all the staff names, Priyanka at the reception was exceptionally helpful and assisted us with every request. We had a couple of concerns in the room, which we shared with her, and they were promptly addressed. Overall, the hotel was fantastic, with great service, beautiful surroundings, and a warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

I chose this hotel to celebrate a special day and they didn't disappoint us at all. From the time of arrival,the room decoration was above the expectations, The best part of the operation team is that everyone is aware of the occasion.
