We booked a two night stay at the SSB resort hotel and are absolutely devastated and disappointed to say we left within 20 minutes of our arrival. I am shocked and appalled by the fake reviews perpetrated on *********** and the false advertising practised there. 1. Advertised as apartments - these are room offerings 2. There was exposed electrical wiring in the bathroom which is a safety hazard 3. Mould throughout the property 4. Each room we were shown (they showed us a few to try and get us to stay) had huge cracks in the walls, was dirty and one was missing cupboard doors 5. Staff were unprofessional, with one lady in particular smirking and giggling as we tried to leave 6. The property is a building site! This is not mentioned anywhere and means that even common balconies are noisy and not peaceful We were only able to get a 50% refund on this diabolical experience and I think that this is shocking on the part of the property as staying was not an option for our safety. Do not pay up until you see your room but ultimately DO NOT BOOK! I am on a one woman crusade to get this taken off *********** or getting them to at least let me write an honest review.

We booked based on booking.cm All reviews on site fake! Absolutely complete fabrication. Charged in cash at reception so could not get refund. Dirty rooms, did not provide "balcony" room we booked views were of dirty old constructions around hotel. We walked out and fortunately found a nearby homestay that was great. Had to call a cab from mussoorie to come transport us since we had no transportation and didn't check room before paying and going to room. Cost another 2500rs. Giving a bad name to India with more scams.

Never try this place for your family vacation, rude & arrogant staff, food is no taste, service is pathetic on top they charge you 10% service charge, no humanity at all... In the winters all the small hotel have provided the driver room but this place asking for room charge even for driver & room heater
