Absolutely lovely place, staff are all nice, reception and guest relations are excellent and very helpful. Rooms are great and comfortable, this place has everything even its own zoo. There are lots of cats which is wonderful to see, they all come and say hello and are well cared for by the hotel. Only one issue is the food, it's great food but not hot, it's not helped by the cold plates that draw out the last bit of heat from the food. If only they had hot plates I would definitely visit again.

All in all a great hotel. Everyone does speak English (even if it’s only partial) however everyone does speak Russian. They seemed to run out of popular drinks very quickly. Non-Alcoholic drink selection could be better. The buffet restaurant is chaotic. Tables not getting turned quick enough and you do have to walk around to find a table and if the tables have not been cleared your trying to find someone to clear a table, would be so much better if they had someone seating people and tables been cleared quickly. The food is good and does have a variety of options. The rooms are spacious and modern and they are clean. One recommendation would be to have a do not disturb sign to be able to put on the door. No rooms have a sea view as the layout of the hotel is different to a standard hotel. all the rooms do have views of the gardens which are amazing and is a very nice walk to the pool and dining areas. The pool area is nice, there is a pool area which is shaded and another which is in the sun all day. Fehmi and the entertainment team are great, walking around all day trying to get people involved in games and making people welcome and just generally making sure you’re having a nice time.

This place is wholly inconsistent with travel company brochures and even the hotel's own website. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN WITH PICTURES OF TRANQUILITY YOU FIND NONE. YOU WILL BE IMPACTED BY NOISE ALL DAY. The loud ( very loud) music starts at 10am and continues all day long. When asked "please could you just turn the bass down a bit, the hotel said no "it's our concept". Our rep tried as well, the music was turned down whilst she was here and then soon turned back up once she had gone. Even pleading with the Hotel's Asst Manager was to no avail. On the Wednesday of our stay a sound stage turned up mid afternoon ( a weekly event), guests by the pool were told to move out of the way!!!and in the evening a most surreal super loud disco thing was held until 11.30pm with the music even louder than during the day. A queue of people at guest services were complaining but no response was received other than "its our concept" The only redeeming feature is the dive centre run by Hassan a true gentleman, his dive and snorkeling trips at least gave us some respite from the incessant noise for an hour or two. Travel companies need to do better and keep checking what they are selling is not a misrepresentation of what is actually going on, on the ground. They have a duty of care to those of us they have sold holudays to. To be fobbed off repeatedly by the hotel staff with "this our concept" fails to address guests' reasonable issues. NOTHING WAS DONE. We were told to go to the far end of the facility well away from the pool area where we found a lot of other "noise escapees", noise prevent our use of the whole pool area. The beach also was affected especially in the evening. The place had a wide range of ages from families with children to grandparents. It is not that I was an outlier, there were lots if unhappy faces. I'm sure not many of the poor guests were enjoying "the concept". So please please AVOID this place unless you like really loud continous bass heavy music around what could be a relaxing pool area. If a response to this review is posted by the hotel I'm pretty sure it will be a bland impersonal platitude, let's see. House keeping is also poor with bed, ironing boards and hoovers cluttering the room lobbies. Food was poor, often cold at the buffet and with little variety during out stay, coffee machines were frequently out of action.

I visited this hotel in June 2024. Lovely rooms, beautiful beach and friendly reception team. The gym was lovely and so were the cocktails too. But one major problem was the high volume of guests with food poisoning. My boyfriend got severely ill after eating at the buffet restaurant. We went to the medical centre on sight and there was two other separate people with family members also suffering from food poisoning. The doctor spoke hardly any English so was difficult to communicate and scary trying to track the sickness and his temperature without any guidance. The food needs to be reviewed before this summer season starts at this hotel. There was also waiters loundly arguing with eachother after one dropped a box of clean forks on a child. They were not hurt but the waiters made it much more stressful by shouting at one another and acting aggressively.

I have recently returned home following a 11 night stay at the Marti Myra. Check-in was smooth and quick, however we were misinformed about the Al-la-Carte restaurants. Unfortunately, we were told that all of them are at additional costs, and it was only 5-6 days into our holiday that I found out that two of the restaurants were in fact included in my package. Sadly, I was not able to get a reservation at either of these.  Walking into the Reception/lobby, it was a big and spacious area with sofas and chairs going round the circle building with a bar towards the back. This was a good space to relax and chill in the evening. My only criticism, the hotel could look into having more seating here as it would get full quickly and leave nowhere to sit. There was a big space for children to run around and play too. We spent a lot of the late evenings here enjoying drinks and talking to friends we made during our stay.  Room – the room was big and nice, with a large dressing table, TV, sofa, separate sofa bed, table, balcony, and two large cupboards. There was also a mini fridge which was included in the all-inclusive, this was stocked up daily (water bottles, soft drink cans and juice cartons). The bathroom was also big with a walk-in shower and hairdryer provided. The room also has air-conditioning which was definitely needed throughout our stay.    Breakfast – was served in the main restaurant where you could sit inside or outside. Cold foods and salads were served inside, and hot foods were outside. All meals here are buffet style. Breakfast was the same each day but we didn’t have an issue and never struggled to find something to eat. We mostly ate eggs, pancakes and fruits. There is an omelette station, please note though this tends to close/stop serving at 10am. There was one chef cooking omelettes to order here, it was slow at times and long queues would form. I was not sure why the chef was only cooking one order at a time despite having a second cooker which wasn’t used.   Snack bar – this was located behind the outdoor buffet and open between 11am-4pm. The food here was good and tasty, serving pizzas, burgers, doner wraps, fruit and salad, and drinks. You could either eat here or take the food away. This was a great place to get some nice food during the day.  Lunch – was served in the main restaurant, buffet style. Plenty of meat and vegetarian options to choose from.   Dinner – again, served in the main restaurant, buffet style. A lot of variety, meat and vegetarian options. Some foods were the same each day, but they did add some different foods, especially at the meat grill. One of the days they had lamb doner which was very popular amongst all the guests, unfortunately I was part of a queue which took more than 30 minutes to serve!! I would suggest the hotel look into long food queues and find a way of managing this, this is too long to wait.  In summary, the food was good, tasty and all cooked + prepared fresh.
