When we´ve planned our trip to Tel Aviv we were searching for a hotel near Dizengoff Street and the beach - and we found it! The Jacob Samuel Hotel is a brandnew hotel at the nothern edge of the enlivend street of Dizengoff with ist cafés, restaurants and bars. The hotel has its own restaurant in the basic floor with great and modern food. Here you´ll finds special Israelina vines. :-) The rooms are classical and modern at the same time. The normal room category is not very big but has also enough space and is very comfortable as well as the bathroom. The rooms has their own balconies and a climate which is important at night. Tel Aviv is a living city around the clock and the area is quit noisy - which is okay because the windows are holding away most of it. Walking to the beach takes you a 15-minutes-walk. Just around the corner you´ll finds nightlife and some supermarkets. A bus station is nearby. The breakfast concept is a different way you might expect. At the reception you can ask for vouchers - they are valid for a breakfast in an American Style Diner or a French Bistro. We loved both of them and the portions were enough. If you want to have additions you have to pay the difference. The Staff in the Hotel is nice and helpful. The coffee machine is filled up every day as well as the bath stuff. We will return for our next stay.

Firstly, we were very disappointed with the check in time. We got the room at 15:35, which is 35 minutes after we supposed to got it. Moreover, we never got any room in any hotel in the formal check in time - always before and it was disappointed. Secondly, our room we actually the shelter, the safe room. We came for a vaction, break from military service, and i i found myself in a shelter on my vaction. The restaurant on the ground floor just annoying to enter and exit the hotel. The only positive thing is the location.

This was the best hotel experience I’ve had in Tel Aviv and all of Israel, to be honest. The service here is friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The location is magnificent, the rooms are sophisticated, aesthetically pleasing, and very practical. What more could you ask for? I look forward to coming back to Tel Aviv many many times. And I will hopefully stay at this hotel each time if they will have me.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in the world. Special mention to the Operations Manager, who went above and beyond our expectations. We were and will always be grateful. We looked forward to returning to our favourite new city, and making this our hotel our second home.

The Jacob Samuel hotel was a great choice! we got a very nice welcome despite the late arrival at 2.30 in the morning ! my friend and I had separate rooms and the manager made sure we stayed on the same floor .the very first night I got a super small room and I was not so happy but after one day I changed to a very nice room -it was really very nice - the feeling of being in the middle of the buzzing city was great. the bar on the lower floor was very nice ,we had some great food and drinks -the bar keepers are good too. the Nespresso coffee in the morning helped me get started . I did struggle with the dashboard which controls the curtains and all lights I must admit. but the shower was fantastic- there is no guarantee , no matter in which category of hotel you stay -it was exceptional ! Yaniv - the front desk manager does a great job -he seems to work around the clock and never gets tired of helping one for example finding a taxi which could become a challenge sometimes in Tel Aviv . the location of the hotel is also great! its about a max. 10 minute walk to the Hilton Tel Aviv beach -so really perfect . so many restaurants and bars on Dizengoff are reachable within Minutes - Thank you Yaniv and Team !
