One of the best hotels I have stayed in Israel and one of the best value worldwide (and I spend +80 nights in hotels/year in 4/5* in Europe). Attention to detail is impressive: From providing free coffee and HQ pastries all day in to an excellent quality buffet breakfast (all the food is like it was done on demand in a good restaurant, not massive production for a buffet breakfast). The breakfast has a covered terrace with sea views The hotel is super well maintained and clean. Rooms are nice with modern bathroom. The GM is absolutely outstanding. We had to postpone our trip by one day and even if we booked via a travel agency that was useless, the hotel agreed to move forward the booking by one day instead of loosing one day of the booking. They had no obligation whatsoever but they did it. Minimal areas of improvement: Provide water in the room on a daily basis or improving the sound proofing as some times you are awaken by people in the corridor. If rooms had a balcony it would be a 5stars. Will definitelly come back. Congrats!!!

This hotel is not four stars. It should be a maximum of two stars. The room smelled horrible of sewage and feces coming from the air conditioning. Sometimes, there was also a pungent cigarette smell. The wifi is incredibly slow. The beds are tiny. They only use a sheet to cover the dirty mattress.  They don't put down a protective sheet first. The bed and sheets are not hotel quality. The beds are also filthy;  they only cleaned the room superficially. Breakfast is OK, but they don't have variety. It is the same all the time. The elevator is tiny. You can hear the noise from the rooms all the time.  The staff does not speak proper English. Rooms are nothing like the pictures on the internet.

I recently spent the weekend in Tel Aviv and stayed here for two nights. The hotel was neat and clean, my single room was small but certainly adequate. The price was very reasonable considering it is only a block from the beach. Vlad was extremely helpful when I needed to extend my stay by a night, and Saher was also extremely accommodating when I asked for a late check out. These two gentlemen ensured that my stay was easy and comfortable.

This hotel is an absolute gem….from its location, comfort, price and great service. The place even smells wonderful! They even offer a choice of pillow for each guests individual needs. I heartily recommend Prima Tel-Aviv…and I look forward to visiting again soon.

We had planned a week at the beach in Tel Aviv as part of our Israel trip. It started out very nice with a room with direct and panoramic view of the beach, lovely breakfasts and great location. After a few days war broke out in Israel and we were stuck. We had to depend on the hotel staff for everything. Whereas at first we were not always happy with the staff they proved us completely wrong. At the most critical time and when it counted the most they were amazingly helpful, patient and kind. Always there for us even at moments where their own lives were also at risk. After a day of the war luckily we were able to get out. A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE HOTEL STAFF AND WISHING THEM PEACE AND SAFETY.
