Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection

I truly felt like royalty during my stay at the Madeline Hotel! The staff treated you like family from the Bellman Taylor, our helpful young ladies at the front desk: Giovanna, Marina & Kate. Loved our Madeline Travel water pouches to keep us hydrated at such high altitudes & our glass of welcome Champagne was a classy touch. The entire Hotel was pristine full of gorgeous art & warm/cozy areas to meet up with friends. No matter where you are in the Hotel has stunning views!!! Our Room was spotless, Homie, comfortable beds, enjoyed having coffee on our balcony in the morning. Loved the big shower with great pressure & also Giant Bath Tub... to treat yourself ,with endless ways to just RELAX!!! We also enjoyed watching the sun set from the pool & hot tubs on the roof top. We topped the night off with smores around the many different fire pits. We also want to Thank Bryan who played the Swedish Alphorn every night in the courtyard, to make us feel like we were in The Swiss Alps...(of America). Bryan also does an Outstanding Job of Managing this extraordinary Hotel. Thank you all for such a wonderful visit at the Madeline Hotel and we look forward to coming back again. We highly recommend staying at this 10/10 Hotel in Mountain Village.

We had an exceptional stay at the Madeline hotel. Paola made our stay very special and communicated with us daily to make sure everything was perfect. Abi was also very helpful providing us with dining suggestions and activities. We can't wait to return.

So stunning! The hotel staff here are amazing and make you feel so welcomed. We came the first weekend of October, so the fall foliage was in full swing. Pool/deck area has gorgeous views. Only con was the jets not working in the hot tub. The rooms are clean, crisp, and spacious. The shower was the best shower I have ever used in a hotel. Housekeeping does an outstanding job and freshens up your room in the evening as well. Comfy beds and pillows. It was our anniversary weekend and we came home from dinner one night to a charcuterie spread and champagne. The gym is very clean and has brand new equipment. The lobby and overall aesthetic is Western, crisp, and chic. If you're on the fence, BOOK IT!!! You will not regret it.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. The little lotions, chocolates, and tips giving at the turn down service were a great bonus. Upon booking, the oxygen enriched room was the only room available. However, after the stay, I would highly recommend this type of room!

Madeline hospitality is the perfect match for the majesty of Telluride yellow-gold leaves against pristine blue sky. The Auberge Madeline is welcoming with stunning views, 5 star luxury accommodations, unpretentious service, and inviting fireplaces beckoning me to read another chapter of my book. We loved every minute of it!

This hotel is first class all the way! Every aspect of our stay was incredible and we highly recommend the Madeline Hotel. Telluride and Mountain Village are truly special places and the staff at Madeline made it very pleasurable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite since we traveled with our 4 year old daughter and this was even a great hotel for kids.

Amazing stay ☀️ Stunning hotel in the beautiful town of Telluride and Mountain Village. The end of September/beginning of October is the perfect time of year to see the bright yellow aspen trees turning! Great weather and nice crisp mountain air

Great overall experience but for a 5 star hotel it was lacking a few essentials: 1. No television-yikes! This caught us way off guard 2. Airport grade toilet paper in the bathroom 3. Only one wash cloth was given during everyday linen change 4. Salt for bath should have been refilled daily as opposed to upon request 5. Shower head is leaking. Needs to be taped and refastened 6. The rocker switch in the master closet needs to be moved to the outside. This is inconvenient and definitely a tripping hazard 7. Also we had our do not disturb light on nearly the entire visit and was repeatedly interrupted either via knocking on the door or phone calls asking to come in ???? 8. Dated rooms namely the accessories/fixtures-1990's shower controls, 1970's extra low toilet, the bath towels were very cheap quality, and phone jack outlet still existed in our room 9. The coffee at breakfast (Black Iron) was tasteless I suggest both the general manager of the hotel and general manager of the restaurant taste it. The following day we ordered an espresso americano which consisted of a different bean and tasted great. 10. Furniture throughout was aesthetically interesting but not comfortable. Form did not meet functionality. 11. Service was a solid 5 stars. Staff was extremely professional and friendly. 12. Food was excellent!!!!

The service was extra great. They did everything to make us feel welcomed and happy while we stayed. The room was incredible, super clean, well decorated, extra amenities, the balcony and the views were Divine. The restaurants are a most try. At the lobby you may find coffee, teas, fruit and different infused waters which added that extra touch.
