Arasatu Villas & Sanctuary

From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. We were greeted by the team on arrival with refreshing drinks and towels to freshen up. The team decorated the room beautifully and we had dinner on our private balcony. Definitely a special romantic dinner as I wanted it to be. The team were so attentive and really went the extra mile. Always caring and making sure we have had breakfast lunch and dinner. The food is definately on point -very tasty. The team would even notice if we missed a meal whilst out on excursions and would send food to our room. The excursions were well managed - even last minute requests the team would do their utmost to make sure we had the time of our lives. my stay was an amazing experience and its to the credit of the arasatu team who go over and beyond. VIP service is one thing all the guests can agree on when it comes to staying at an arasatu resort. I would highly recommend the diving master Firdaus is great. All the restaurant staff are very friendly Yola and Mr Pastika were exceptional and responded so quickly to all resquests. the restaurant team Johannes and the manager were great. Thank you to the whole team the experience I had is down to all of you!

Wonderful place, amazing water villas, perfect staff: the are very kind and do all to make you happy. Don't miss to visit the island, to rest at the sunset and to swim with turtles. The room is clean and with a beautiful view, fishes swim on your feet when you go down from the villa.

It is a great place to relax and enjoy, also the house reef is spectacular. Yola at reception is the best to organise your arrival and departure, becaus that isn't easy. Also durring the stay she get all organised (trips/advebtures) on at around the island. Thanks for the great time. Michae & Christoph

This hotel and its atmosphere is amazing. Hotel staff is very friendly but needs to learn better English. There was a lot of misunderstanding from there side course of it. My dive experience was just very bad. The speed boat was uncomfortable and boat ride just horrible. When we reached the dive site. The staff didn’t pack all my stuff so that put my guide in an uncomfortable position. Managed to do the dives tho. Still got to pay full price which was around 300$ for two dives.

Everything is just so perfect The food, the view, the room, the service, the staff are super nice, helpful, and friendly Thanks to mas fikri, mas kenzi, mas johanes, mas alqifari, mr and ms chef, and all the other staff who has been so nice and very caring also very helpful to us Such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel

The most amazing honeymoon ever! Not just the place, which was gorgeous but also the staff were so amazing they will look after with everything! Definitely amazing food! I recommend to get all in with food packages because it’s so worth it trust me!
