Unfortunately back in March we had a debacle of a stay.Stained bedding,no sheet but a duvet cover used as one that didn't even fit. Shambles of an experience in the restaurant with long long long waits,missing items,some items fridge cold instead of hot,not allowed what dessert we wanted.All whilst watching a prospective wedding couple get treated like royalty and get amazing food.They were the only other people in the restaurant, so it ******! Anyway,after complaining, a Balfour Hospitality representative contacted us and gave us a full refund which is totally amazing and very generous; but; there's always a but. He said he wanted us to see how Balfour Hospitality do it properly and wanted us to spend a complimentary night at one of their other venues.To this day we have heard nothing and received no response to our messages.Im not after the free night, I just want you to not promise people a fabulous complimentary night if it was all lies.Our experience of both Balfour Hospitality and The Woolpack Tenterden is bad,very bad!
