My husband made reservations for a room with a king size bed for November 25th. We walked in room 102 and there are 2 double beds. NOT QUEEN size beds. After unloading or luggage my husband walked the room and saw rat poop on the floor in two different areas of the room (we have pics to prove it) and the mini fridge was NOT COLD. The people in the room above us had kids and they were stomping for abt 30 mim after we arrived in our room. I called the front desk and asked the lady to please have the room above us to please stop stomping since it was almost midnight. But guess what the kids were back to stomping at 6am the next morning. Again I had to call the front desk and again nothing was done. So we were only able to get abt 5 hours of sleep and we weren't planning on checking out until 11am. Also, before going to bed we took a shower and went to get a towel to dry off and the towels looked like there had been blood stains and the wash clothes were dirty. After all of this, come to find out, if you make reservations for RedRoof Inn via a 3rd party like ******* you do NOT get any points. To get your points you must make reservations directly through RedRoof Inn.
