Private: property, well-kept garden 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 1.4 km. Beautiful house, well located, not too far from the center. Nice view, spacious and properly arranged. 2 downsides: 1 / beautiful outdoor kitchen but stifling heat because it is practically closed, a ceiling fan is missing 2 / electricity behind the TV an

The house is basically in good condition. But there are still a few small corners and edges that need work. The seating, the parasol or the somewhat musty smell in the downstairs apartment should be modern/appropriate for the price you pay for this house.
