Vackra rum i en trevlig avskild resort. Personalen är mycket uppmärksam och ser alltid ut att behaga. Jag fick till och med en gratis uppgradering av rummet utan att fråga när mitt rum inte var klart vid incheckningen. Utmärkt service.

Första gången till Khao Lak. Endast 1 timmes bil från Phukets flygplats. Hotellet har privat strand, spa & massage, café, restaurang och bar. Trevlig och stor offentlig pool (vissa sviter har privat pool). Denna plats inte trångt som i Phuket city. Kostym för solo, familj och med kompisar. Hotellpersonalen är mycket vänlig och varm att vara här. Särskilt tack till personalen som heter Kig & Praew! 👍🏻

We had a lovely stay at Eden. It was calm and relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel has many activities for everyday if you don’t leave the hotel premises. The hotel is in walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Lovely hotel. The breakfast is good but the coffee is bad. They do have an on site cafe which makes great coffee though if you are like me and can’t live with bad coffee or without it! The food at the restaurants is great, they cater for all tastes including Thai and European. The rooms are gorgeous and kept clean daily. We were constantly bringing sand in from the beach and the staff did a great job of cleaning every day. The staff are amazing - super friendly and will help with anything you need. My only feedback is that there are not enough sunbeds.

A True Eden with Exceptional Hospitality My stay at Eden Beach Khaolak Resort was absolutely delightful! The resort lives up to its name—lush tropical gardens, a pristine beach, and stunning azure pools made me feel like I’d stepped into paradise. The Thai-inspired room design, paired with the soothing sound of waves, created the perfect relaxing getaway. The surrounding area was lively yet convenient, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and shops, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. ----------- A special shout-out to Ms. Pure at the front desk for her outstanding service! When I needed help navigating public transportation to Phuket, she actively contacted the staff of the transportation company and added my contact information to find out if I was able to successfully board the bus that day. Her kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable journey. This level of care truly sets the resort apart! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Khaolak. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both natural beauty and heartfelt hospitality!

Best resort ever! So beautiful, peaceful and calming. Best for a person looking for relaxation by the beach. I enjoyed the facilities especially the Spa. 🥰 Got to also book a private Thai cooking class which was absolutely amazing and highly recommend.✨👌🏽. Pool is really big and so good. Overall the stay was really amazing and will definitely go back in future. ♥️

Nice beachfront resort at khaolak. I truly appreciate the beautiful sunsets at the beachfront resort in Khao Lak, especially while enjoying a drink at the bar.

I stayed at Eden with my family for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our experience at Eden! The staff including Noom, Pure, Frank, Bee, and Nan were extremely helpful and kind. They made our experience even better! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Best rooms we stayed on our entire trip! We loved the pool, it was super clean and overlooks the beach. The food and drinks were great. We enjoyed that there were two happy hours! Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel as it is on a more private beach but only a 10 minute drive from Khao Lak town.

the interior of the hotel is simply incredible, everything is made in the same style from unique items. Mirrors, lamps, plumbing, cabinets, sinks - the eye clings to just about everything! and not only in the rooms, but also throughout the territory This place is simply created for those who want an aesthetic and quiet vacation. the only thing that the management should pay attention to is the quality of the work of the cleaners, I have been left without towels more than once.

Overall is good. We have a very good time here. All facilities and service are good. It seems the manpower not enough in every departments since checking in so many guest are waiting at the lobby and GSA are too busy to handle. After finish there’s only 1 bellman to take care of everyone to escort guest to the room by buggy but the luggages will come later.  The luggages come so late we go to the beach 10-20 mins and come back to the room and found that the luggage are in front of our room (what?). We have a good time the party at the beach in the evening. During breakfast, also not enough glasses and some delayed food but staffs are great.

The hotel is quite old and small terrible in the rooms. A mixture of humid and age. We could not stay long in room and asked to chance after 1 st night however nobody from reception contacted us about it again. Furthermore, service is like 3 star ! If you look for a 5 star hotel better choose another eg Mariott.

Pros Clean Staff Nice Location and nice beach Although is a big hotel it never feels too crowded Cons Big resort Lots of stairs Rooms are small for a 5 star  Bathroom is connected to the room with a saloon door. If you someone else sleeping you cannot even pee without waking up the whole room both due to light and noise.

Nice stay at this beachfront hotel. The gym and pool were perfect. However, the room seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while—felt a bit old, with dirty glassware and some hair in the toilet. I recommend housekeeping thoroughly inspect rooms before guests check in. The pool bar was nice, but the music didn’t quite match the vibe.

Fantastic week at the Resort with our son and his girlfriend, both joining us from UK - this was our 3 times at this place, we love everything and everyone !!! Thank you for making our holidays such a relaxing time !
