This is the best place to stay in Thames. It was easy to fine, on the main road in. Booking, Checkin and payment so easy. Very close to the centre of town. Room 1, was amazing, so clean, warm and quiet. Great facilities, kitchen and bathroom. I mean, it's got a huge spa bath. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, The staff were helpful and the room was warm, clean, shower beaut, nice and roomy. Nothing to fault at all I would highly recommend!! Just along Jellicoe Streeet no hunting for a place to stay. The washing facilities were also great

Our first stay at this motel and we were super impressed. The greeting was very friendly and helpful, the room was, probably the most well thought out and organised we have ever experienced….(and we have seen quite a few around the world). Everything was beautifully presented and everything expected was supplied. We highly recommend this motel if you are intending to visit Thames or somewhere here by.

Very well run motel, room was spacious and had everything we needed, kids loved pool and spa bath. Room had sky, motel great location close to town, easy walk. Located on the Hauraki Rail Trail so ideal to use a base and owner happy to store bikes. On busy road would be the only negative, but traffic noise didn't bother us.

Great motel, well-run by Carol. Very clean room, relaxing spa bath and pool. Easy walk to Wharf bar and fish and chips. Secure storage for bikes. Spent two nights here at the start of the Hauraki Rail Trail.

The room was spacious with a king size bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table and a small dining room table and chairs. My husband appreciated the chairs which meant he could watch TV in comfort instead of lying on the bed. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is a decent size and it was nice having buttermilk coloured towels. The sink had room each side for our toilet bags. I enjoyed a long soak in the spa bath. The floor to ceiling mirror was handy to check my outfit before I left. Although the main road into Thames is right outside we didn't notice the traffic. The staff were friendly and happy to recommend a place for breakfast. Nice touch having a reminder notice on the door as you left to check for phone chargers and clothes in the wardrobe. We would stay there if we were in Thames again

Great service from staff. Very friendly and helpful, even when I had to change my dates of booking. The rooms our family had ( 3 in total) were all immaculately clean. Lots of space and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again, thanks

What more of a recommendation is there than I would definitely return to the Tuscany on Thames? I put a lot of time into researching the Thames' motels before booking the Tuscany and this motel was everything it promised and more. Carol is a delightful host/owner and her team are pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable on the area, nothing was too much trouble. I particularly like Carol's efforts to be environmentally friendly with choice of soaps, recycling etc. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and the odd additional touches such as playing cards, dice and a free little gift added to the experience. An awesome stay, Thank you Carol and Team

What a find. It feels so comfy, friendly and restful. The facility is spotless, well decorated and has much charm. Wonderful experience. In the wind, thunder, storms and flood of January 2023 in NZ we sought escape from the slips and ranging weather. Here in this motel was like discovering a haven. Beautiful, calm, pretty, well stocked and well worth the trip and the money. Congratulations to the management and owners!
