Hotel Monarch, Rabale USP -Just in front of Rabale station, and near to MIDC Rabale. A decent budget hotel to stay. Food is good. Avoid room 207, 307 as noise of chimney may not be comfortable. The staff was courteous to get the room change, overall a nice experience

There was no water supply in bathroom. When i informed receptionist about the same at night itself they said it will be resolved soon. But, it was not reaolved in the morning also. Had to check out without freshening up. Rooms are pretty small for the price.

The check in process was smooth and had a comfortable stay at hotel but ac are not working but after-all service and stay are comfortable

During my stay, i encountered a few issues. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly, which impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning, making it difficult to relax comfortably. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests to enhance their stay.

Good location and excellent hotel reception was also good behavior. Whenever i stay in navi mumbai, will try to stay in the same hotel.

Rooms are small but comparative clean, ground floor smells for kitchen food, specially non veg, support staffs is decent

Room & toilet was not good. Bed was also not comfortable. Service boy was not available at restaurant when the time of breakfast.

The property has a very shaft entrance. The atmosphere doesn't feel welcoming at all. The rooms have a very damp smell to them and are filled with cockroaches. The rooms are not well maintained and the walls are not plastered. All in all the hotel feels very shady and unsafe.
