Top dollar prices for dust and mosquitoes, shabby sheets and cockroaches in the room, flies on the food, poorly stocked bar and absent chef’s who had to be called back to cook and serve food at 9:15pm. This is after calling the hotel to say we would be late returning to the hotel and being assured the ‘restaurant’ shuts at 10:30pm. The staff, when we found them, were few and untrained - and there was nobody who could speak English on the day we arrived. They even left our identity documents unattended on the table in a room with the door wide open. We spent 3 nights there which was the worst decision of our trip. The most aggravating was the lack of acceptance of the wide gap between the price and what was being offered. No apology from the owners. No decision making ability in staff. Everyday was a new low.
