Thank you so much Mavis, Sakol, XinRa, Rock for amazing service in restaurant. And the best barmen James for high quality cocktails! Wonderful atmosphere! Beautiful interior, delicious food, help and support all over in hotel. This does not describe all the advantages of this place.Excellence in everything! If you are in Macau, choose only The Londoner.

Very impressive limousine pick up and priority check in service, astounding lounge and restaurant quality, unparalleled scenic view of the hotel. A must visit spot in Macau.

This is the most fantastic trip we’ve ever had before. We’ve got the customised service, the high quality of hotel facilities with a high quality and the delicious food etc. Colin connected me and gave me the useful tips before and within the entire trip. and he prepared the surprise for kids as well. While Robin helped plan every detail about viewsights, famous local snacks and the efficient way with transportation. All these are pretty impressive, and I’ll choose Londoner again!

From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. Good experience with The Londoner Hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. Nice food and excellent services.

We had a fabulous time at the Londoner Macau. On the first night, we had a medical emergency and had to call a doctor in.  Mr Colin , manager-  guest relations was very prompt and had the doctor at our doorstep within a few moments.  Everything was managed extremely well and professionally.  The service at the hotel is exceptional. The decor of the rooms is very contemporary and modern. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and had a wide variety.  Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely book another stay at the Londoner in the future.

We are a big family of 9 and all are amazed by the hospitality of Londoner, it is literally the best we have experienced. Special thanks to the hotel staffs: Mr Wiyi and Ms Sherry. Thank you for the warmest welcome services and help. It does make us feel like home. The food is also nice, esp for the cocktail session. It is a must try. And the breakfast at Wah Ting also cannot be missed. Will def come back again with all our families.
