The room looks new and comfortable as it’s newly renovated. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. But need to improve on cleanliness. There were black stains on our pillow cases during our first night of stay. Requested housekeeping service and they came only after second call. Overall still considered as a pleasant stay

Was a pleasant one. But room is a bit mehh... Lacking a bit of cozy feel. The items in room can be taken care better. Seems like the cleaning services can be improved. Other than that the service service reception and hotline all works good. Hotel location is nice and have some good access to food and restaurant. But sadly gym closes at 5pm. Guess I can never make it then if I am here for business trip.... Hopefully the time range can be extended in the future. Breakfast was not bad. Decent amount of choice and quality can definitely be improved.

Had a great stay here the room was amazing, service was excellent, and the place was clean and cozy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, ideally located in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with great views. The facilities are excellent. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Of the five different hotels for about the same price I stayed in doing my time in cerebayo. This was by far the best

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and spacious, with carpeted floors, a gym area, and a swimming pool. The food was also delicious. The location is quiet and not noisy. This has become one of my hotel choices when visiting Surabaya.

this hotel is nice BUT there is no aircon in our room even when we put to 16 degree.. we called up and technician check to say need to change filter then we found out the air filter in the toilet is not working so out toilet smell.. the drain smell … not only that at 6pkus or 7plus in the evening housekeeping knock on our door to ask if we want room cleaning when we just check in at 1plus in the afternoon…

Very quiet location, which is far from bustling hustling.  The cleanliness must be improved.  The room towel is smelly and water pressure is low

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

It's not 5 star hotel. But the food is excellent!

The room is clean, fresh liok after renovation. Indoor pool is small, yet still comfortable and functional.
