A very good hotel for family with kids. You can see kangaroos everyday

We have stayed a night at the resort and the kids were excited when they saw Kangaroos right outside our balcony. Check in lady staff was friendly and helpful.

A very nice resort, room is very spacious. You can also see wild kangaroo 🦘 in the golf course. A highly recommended lodging if you are coming to Swan valley.

Consider an old hotel resort, everything needs to be renovated and refreshed again for a better market. The apartment was away from the main reception about 2km. There is not much food or restaurant nearby to be shared with you guys. However, it is very easy to encounter a group of Kangaroos since the gold club is just beside them.

Nice apartment with great view and kangaroo around. However, it is abit outdated, furniture were old, chairs sink in with not much cushion and the bed, pillow were too soft.

we were told the villa is privately owned and not under Novotel when we checked in. no wifi. it’s two storey apt and we had to carry our luggages up to the bedrooms. otherwise all are good. kitchens comes with all the basic necessities, but there’s only 2 bathroom for 3 bedrooms. reception. is away from the apt hence don’t unload your luggage first.

周邊環境不錯，適合度假 但酒店服務較差 不提供牙刷等洗漱產品，致電前台告知要自己購買 停車免費 周邊晚上吃飯店鋪大多數都是九點前關門

酒店很不錯，還有獨棟的別墅套房，一家人入住可以做飯，可以在湖邊的陽台用餐，湖邊還有高爾夫球場，酒店設施很不錯，窗外動物很多還有袋鼠，適合度假的酒店

房間環境啥的都很好 很有度假村的感覺 樓下往高爾夫球場就可以看見很多袋鼠 這點我很喜歡。泳池可以免費使用 但我覺得一般因為泳池水的氣味比較濃不知道氯是否超標。房間裏面的mini bar 也不錯 裏面的飲料價格也不貴。早餐也不錯很豐富。缺點吧：首先沒有中國度假村那麼多的娛樂設施和活動，就很無聊的吃飯和喝酒為主。其次，這個酒店的人員有着傳統白人的高傲，讓人感覺到隱性的不適。當然也可能是我多想了。祝好～

酒店環境非常好，葡萄酒莊園，旁邊是高爾夫球場，房間也乾淨寬敞。

雖然裝修比較早了，但整體設施還是比較完善的，房間裏的咖啡機不是很好用，有點漏液。 週中很多設施也不開放，比較冷清 二樓的view不錯，早上能看到樓下成片的袋鼠進過，還有小鳥來拜訪😃 餐廳的服務態度很一般吧 不過東西還是挺好吃的，性價比也很高

非常好的體驗 與袋鼠為伴 與鴨子共遊 鸚鵡與烏鴉和諧共處 人與自然融為一體，小孩説是本次行程到目前為止最好的住處，還要再去，價格相對來説也不算貴，前幾天我們其他地方兩卧酒店比這貴多了 值得再來的地方！
