Room is clean and comfortable. Entire staff provides excellent service. Irfana as the guest service relation officer is patient and friendly. She is efficient in her response. The kitchen staff provides excellent service from those managing the restaurant to serving meals.

Great hospitality, nice rooms, lovely food! They were very welcoming and always ready to oblige to our requests. Quick service and great staff. The pool is larger than most resorts and we all had a good time. The cottages are well built and are quite cozy.

The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable". The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options.The hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks". The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction". I recently had the pleasure of staying at serene horizon, and it was an unforgettable experience

Service very poor. No fans in cottage. Had to call thrice for drinking water. Housekeeping is poor. Wifi not working and they don't have any solution. Only one AC in duplex cottage which is very suffocating in hot sun. Food and restaurant is good.

Great experience with humble staffs and good services. Highly recommend for honeymoon or couples. All the facilities and services are much appreciated. They offer you a good privacy and security. Special thanks to Mr. Joash, for giving us a great stay.

Me and my family had a 3 night stay at the resort and everything about the hotel was exceptional. The staff at the hotel especially the manager Mr. Roy were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and they have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Wonderful experience. The place is build with utmost effort. We loved every bit of the ambience and stay was comfortable.The place is very photogenic so I recommend all the photography freaks to do come and check out the spectacular property.
