So let's start from the beginning σε the hotel recommended us a friend to one of the best in the area! Entering the site I saw quite nice rooms in a very nice location and without a second thought I decided to make a reservation talking to the owner on the phone he initially told us that he has a triple room and its price was 75 € per night .. as I mentioned I had seen rooms and prices on his site and I considered it to be one of the rooms I had seen and liked! I also made a deposit and the reservation proceeded νοντας so arriving at the hotel at around 22:40 in the evening and going to the reception I did not find anyone nor had anyone bothered to pick up a phone to find out the time of arrival. There was a piece of paper on the door that read you will find us in the restaurant. I did go to the restaurant and a young man led me to the room .. what I saw had nothing to do with what I had seen on the site… despite the disappointment I say it does not matter be patient… as we sorted things out and went in to take a bath .. we heard a noise through the bathroom as if something had fallen… entering entering trying to understand what it was we saw plaster in the shower that had fallen from the ceiling… as the ceiling had caught moisture mold and spiders !!! It was about one o'clock in the evening and that was the reason why I did not go straight to the reception !! So in the morning as the disappointment had reached the amen με we went to the reception to ask for a change of room explaining in detail what had happened !! Despite the fact that the very kind girl who was at the reception apologized to us, she unfortunately tells us that the hotel is full and she can not change our room! I was about to leave at that moment… but since it was Easter there was no way I could find another room anywhere so with the frustration of getting red I did not want to stay at the hotel at all and we were all on the streets all day !! So going the next day to check out and arrange the rest I first learn that the day before we were out of the room by order of the owner and without being called on my cell phone to be present κανε they came in to check the room and actually saw and cleaned says the girl the bathroom (the photos are just before I go to check out) the highlight when I asked the girl if this room in this situation corresponds to 75 € per night σε asked me to wait to talk to the owner, so and I waited to be able to talk to the owner to explain the situation to him and see what he would have to say to me… after the owner came on his own and the girl explained the situation to him ξε he looked at us with a disparaging style and well that he does us a favor and he told us eee since you did not like it leave 5 € and leave and started to leave without even talking to us !!! I would like to share our experience with this hotel and what you can expect from it. We went to our son's wedding so I visited a few rooms in this hotel. Rooms: I booked a few rooms. Our deluxe room was on the 1 floor, had a balcony looking on the side of hotel. VERY quiet an with a modest price was very roomy. I liked it much more than Stone room (even they were situated separately, had great view, been quiet but very tiny) and Cleopatra suit - nice, expensive, has separate bedroom but situated over the restaurant and was really noisy at night. Food: excellent. I liked restaurant . Ate salads though and cannot comment on meat. Caesar, Greek and Cobb salads were great and huge portions. We had breakfast included. Wonderful. I would highly recommend to add it to your stay. Pool is gorgeous. Deep at one end, very clean and it was a pleasure to swim there. The highlight of the hotel though I would give to their water. It was super tasty. Most likely they have their own water spring. Girls on reception were SUPER friendly and nice. All issues that we had were settled at once. Over all, I enjoy staying there. Great trip to Greece.
