Scott our waiter offered excellent service. Food was good and the service made our night! Thank you we will certainly recommend a meal here. Starters are varied and the Mushrooms a good choice. The Chicken meals are very good, I actually ended up having a Thai curry which although quite hot was very tasty.

Brilliant stay start to finish, had a lovely introduction from John who went above and beyond to help me later on when I had an issue with my room, really nice and refreshing to have someone talkative and friendly at a premier inn, couldn’t of faulted anything, thanks John

Thank you to all the kind staff at Premier Inn Thetford who helped provide a lovely relaxing recent short-break. In particular we would like to mention; John (Reception) Shannon (Restaurant dinner) , Mel & Katrina (Restaurant breakfast) Pim (housekeeping) Our room was very clean and comfortable, evening meal and breakfast were delicious, thank you. We are very much looking forward to a return visit soon.

One night stop vising friends near Thetford- location was perfect just off A11 and 10-15 minutes walk into centre of Thetford. Very friendly staff, room very well presented, had great evening meal in the restaurant The Warreners. All good.

I stayed here what in the area attending a family event. Check in was quick and easy with friendly service. My room was very good, I had spent a little extra to get a plus room but I think it was worth it. The room was pretty spacious, and was nice and clean. The coffee machine, extra sockets and USB charging points were all nice to have, with the mini fridge being a decent addition. The bathroom was good too, with a decent sized walk in shower, which had nice water pressure and good temperature control. If I had to make one comment it would be nice to have car charging points nearer hotel and not tucked away in a dark corner of the car park. But that is not a major issue I guess. Overall a decent hotel I’d have no problem revisiting if I need to stay in the area again.

good location for thetford and dads army museum, a bit noisy with the main road and breakfast was busier than i expected but staff coped well and were helpful. rooms a little outdated compared to other premier inns. try and get a room at the carpark side for quietness if you can

Good location. Comfy and clean hotel with friendly professional staff. We had dinner and breakfast in onsite restaurant, which was very good. Excellent service from our Shannon. Hotel was in a good location for Thetford town and we would not hesitate to stay again next time we are visiting this part of the country.

Had a wonderful time at Thetford, as usual, the staff went above and beyond especially John, he was a ray of sunshine behind that desk. His humour and friendly demeanour was warm welcoming and inviting. Keep up the good work guys and we'll see you again soon.
