We went to this property in April and I must say the rooms were spacious and the staff was courteous. They were prompt in changing the kettle in my room and turning the TV on. I cannot comment much on the location as we had our private vehicle drop and pic us up. A star goes off due to lack of proper ventilation in bathroom, drainage system was not around the shower area making entire bathroom wet with single shower. Though the bathroom was huge, only soaps and no other toiletries were provided. Good stay though.

Hotel refused accomodation. They informed you on 30/12 not to accept booking as they are under repair. But you accepted booking amount and conformed booking on 31/12. I got to know after arriving at hotel. Informed your people but no action was taken inspite of repeated call. Now no word of refund. Ms. Akriti and rudransh informed. Appalled at your indifference.

Room was specious. View from the room was very good. 6-7 km away from city centre. Thimphu river flowing in font of the hotel.

Excellent hotel with huge rooms. Good house keeping and courteous staff. Would recommend to all for a lively stay at thimpu. Sumptuous breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Would be good if they start breakfast by 7am.

The xenious micro white tara is a stunning piece! its intricate design and calming white finish are truly impressive despite the small size. It fits perfectly on my altar and is easy to carry with me when traveling. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and it brings a peaceful energy to any space. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a compact yet meaningful spiritual item!

I had a fantastic experience at hotel white tara. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking mountain views. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The food was delicious, with great local options. The perfect blend of comfort, bhutanese charm, and excellent service made my trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

We did our travel bookings through MakeMyTrip and really appreciate their selection for us. White Tara is a good place that's well maintained with a hospitable staff always ready to help. Our rooms were spacious and the view was great as we could see the top of the sitting Buddha from our window. In short if you're looking for a spacious, clean and hygienic place then White Tara is the place for you, except it's a bit far from the City Centre.
