Phuntsho Khangsar Hotel

Very nice, polite and humble staff. I liked the food, being a vegetarian it's difficult to find the taste and cuisine. I would recommend for the families. The Buddha statue view from the hotel is clearly visible with all its shades from morning to night.

Among the four hotels we stayed at during our week-long trip to Bhutan, Phuntsho Khangsar Hotel was by far the best experience. The staff provided warm and attentive service, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, offering comfortable and well-maintained rooms, modern amenities, and a cozy ambiance. Overall, it was our favourite stay in Bhutan, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our trip to Bhutan was fantastic but the stay in Thimphu was made memorable by the Phuntsho Khangsar Team. I lost the paper where i noted down the entire team’s name but really all thanks to the Front office, Laundry F&B team and the owner. They were superb, helping and supportive staff. The property was clean and in the town so near to almost all the places you are visiting in Thimphu. The rooms, bathrooms and view from the rooms all were great. The food was really nice as we got the opportunity to have breakfast and dinner in the hotel and mostly tried the Indian food. So it an absolute recommend if you are planning to stay in Thimphu because one you stay here will always prefer staying at this property.
