Recently I visited Access suites in Bhutan. The rooms were spacious well organized , good ventilation with scenic views from the balcony. Hospitality was amazing and food is delicious. We enjoyed the property throughly and definitely recommend as great place to stay.

This three star Hotel is a hidden jewel in Thimphu. Beautiful decor with lots of warm wood accents. The staff go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable and at home. Rooms are spacious and clean. House keeping goes above and beyond. Meals served in dining room are delicious and plentiful.

On arrival, we were greeted with hot towels and welcome lemon tea which was very impressive. The room was very nice and japanese inspired as well. The food was also very excellent and had so many choices. The staffs were also friendly and very warm.

Best hotel of all my stays in Bhutan. Great rooms, excellent service, nice restaurant, and wonderful owner. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Great amenities. The spa emloyed visually disabled for the massages and was very affordable. The women in the restaurant were always fast and served with a smile. The front desk was very responsive and helped with any needs i had. Thank you!

Perfect, western style hotel combined with Traditional Bhutanese architekture and warm and welcoming atmosphere. Large rooms,,spa and restaurant are just perfect for travelers.Family suite with living room we stayed was spacious, beautifully designed . Breathtaking view of the iconic Dordenma, the world”s largest bronze Budda was another unexpected value. Food was great. We enjoyed their healthy organic meals, delicious local Bhutanese , Indian and some American meals.The restaurant staff prepared food especially for us, accordingly to our wishes and dietary needs .Only good words about this hotel, this Company and its manager Chimi. If you plan to visit Bhutan stay here for your trip and definitely book a tour with Access!!!!

I love this little hotel. Tastefully decorated in a mix of Bhutanese and modern Scandinavian style. Spacious rooms, super clean and comfortable beds. The staff were there whenever you needed them and even made me special food. Love it and will surely return.

Really confortable hotel... Rooms, cleaness, the service was amazing. The food of restaurant was delicious local bhutanese and some american so was so Good! The location was great with Big Buda view... It's far to explore downtown but with driver is ok.

We stayed in this lovely hotel 3 nights during our tour in Bhutan and it was by far the best. It is a brand new hotel, very modern and beautiful. A lot of skill was invested in order to ensure the guests comfort. The rooms are specious, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant is very nice with very good food and a lot of variety. And above all, the staff, led by the owner Chimi, are very polite and always eager to help. We highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in Thimpu with great food and excellent staff….they prepare Indian food as well…..location is accessible to all the nearby monuments and also the owner of the hotel is very generous…..so whenever you are in thimpu you should stay there
