Druk Hotel

We stayed here during our girls trip to Thimphu and had a wonderful experience. The property is located right in the heart of the city, with plenty of cafes and shops just a short walk away. The hotel amenities, rooms, and food were all of a great standard — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s an ideal place to stay whether you’re traveling with family or friends. Truly the best in every way!

Superb location ... Easy accessibility to all parts of the town ...I e can walk around and enjoy being in Bhutan ... Rooms were very large n spacious and very comfortable. Food was very good the first night next evening was not as good.. breakfast was regular like most 4 star hotels. The staff was very nice and polite and helpful...thank you to them.

One of the best place to stay in Thimpu, As the property is located mid of famous square or Clock tower, there are plenty of cafes and pubs, shops in and around this tower where you can connect with local people and wander freely. The people, their Services and Rooms are incomparable. Will visit again.

Beautiful hotel, staff attentive to every need and always respectful of the guests. The hotel is designed in traditional Bhutanese tradition reflective of the country. Highly recommend this hotel for pleasure or business. With good fortune I'll be back.

Its a wonderful hotel in the best location in town square. Food and service r good. Rooms are done very well in typical Bhutanese creative wood work..the colors are well coordinated in bathroom too..we saw it was either grey, green or red. Highly recommend

Great central location. Very courteous staff everywhere, at welcome and in the restaurant. The lobby strikes for traditional elegance as does the hallway to first floor rooms. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. Bedroom not huge but with great comfortable twin beds. Elegant bathroom with large shower. The living room overlooks the central clock tower with window mosquito nets which are a bit old and not a great sight. Good restaurant for lunch, while I was surprised at the lack of eggs (other than boiled) at breakfast just because there are otherwise most other components of a full British/American. All in all I strongly recommend.
