We had a lovely 2-night stay at Lemon Tree Resort, Thimphu. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and set in a peaceful location. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the chef Romesh, who prepared delicious and customised meals for us. Every dish was fresh, flavourful, and made with such care — truly a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay and excellent food!

Best Food served to us chef is very versatile and able to deliver som of the tastiest food you can find in Bhutan. Chef was able to tailor make food to our liking from starters mains and desert. We really could not find fault in the preparations

Excellent choice for a visit to Thimphu, conveniently situated in the city center, near the clock tower square, with loads of shops, restaurants and cafés around, Lemon Tree offers a fantastic quality of personal service. The staff is exquisitely mannered, very attentive, the premises show their age but are spotless and offer a very good level of comfort. Altogether a great hotel, a great team offering great service.

The moment we arrived at this property, we were blown away. It is even more enchanting than many Europeans, like Austria or Switzerland. The setting is magical with breathtaking Valley views from every room. From the comfort and spotless rooms to the warmth of the staff, everything felt perfect. Chef Romesh and his team, ensure we enjoyed some truly delicious Bhutanese meals. I wholeheartedly recommend this gorgeous Resort to all my friends and family for a memorable stay in Thimphu.

Our stay at Lemon Tree Resort, Thimphu was made truly special thanks to Chef Romesh, whose warmth and exceptional service stood out throughout our visit. Being vegetarian travelers, we often have limited options on the road — but Romesh went above and beyond to ensure we were not only comfortable but delighted at every meal. He personally curated dishes outside the regular menu, prepared them with great care, and served them with a genuine smile that made us feel completely at home. His attention to detail, willingness to customize, and understanding of our preferences reflected true hospitality at its best. This is really a breathtaking resort in the midst of forests. All the amenities are so amazing. The executive chef Mr. Romesh is a wonderful person with in-depth knowledge in food and beverages . The whole staff is so friendly and welcoming with special compliments to Pema, Alisha , Ishmita and many more.. Wish you all the very best of everything….!!

Had a very good experience at Lemon Tree Premier, Bhutan. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional, making the stay even more pleasant. A special mention to Chef Romesh for his delicious food and warm hospitality — truly made every meal enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a great experience in Bhutan!
