Welcoming, inviting the moment I walked into the lobby. Offered a monk blessing after checked in allowing me to immerse into the Bhutanese culture which I thought is very well thought out. I stayed at a Deluxe Room with private sit out. Room is well decorated, the private balcony is definitely a plus to enjoy the beautiful mountain view in the morning as well as in the early evening. Well bathroom layout. Great breakfast and dinner selection. Great dining options. The evening cultural performance is entertaining. Front Desk Staff - Tsheyang is very helpful, friendly and helped me with putting on the traditional Bhutanese outfit. Had a pampering, relaxing and very comfortable stay. Thank you for a memorable and content stay!

One of the best Hotels in Bhutan,we had a lovely stay here.Great Breakfast,Room was just perfect.The Staff was super friendly and helpful-especially Aman from Front desk,he was very helpful and answers all our questions and helped us get dressed in the traditional Gho. Thank you thank you so much We definitely recommend the Hotel.

Exceptional service in an extremely comfortable hotel in the centre of Thimpu. We have stayed at many hotels all over the world. My chief concern is a comfortable firm bed. 10 out of 10 ! The main restaurant served great food and the team led by Karma and her team of Kinzang, Denkar and Rinzin looked after us extremely well! Thank you for making our stay in Thimpu very memorable

My husband and I have chosen Bhutan for our 20th anniversary and started with 2 days in Pemako Temphu. Warm and friendly staff surprised us with room decoration, cake and gifts. The food and services were outstanding. all the team! ♥️Tshering Pem

We had a wonderful stay. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive to your every needs. Both the surrounding & the premises are beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre. Don’t forget to try the Bhutanese restaurant - the degustation menu offers a great selection of staple dishes, albeit in maybe too generous portions.

Excellent location. We could just come out of the hotel and visit the crafts bazaar. The hotel is located in the middle of the downtown area. Everything, like, the textile museum, the postal museum are walking distance from the hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and always smiling. Food is good. The Indian food selection is very tasty. Overall we totally enjoyed the 2 day stay in that hotel. We stayed in 3 boutique hotels in Bumthang, Gangtey and Punakha and big hotels in Thimphu and Paro and I would openly say, the experience has not been any less in Pemako than the boutique ones. Actually I would say that the travel agent "Bhutan Inbound Tours" has made a clever decision to select Pemako in Thimphu. Because, we aren't looking so much for the nature in Thimphu. We are looking for the people, the local culture and the vibe. Pemako is best situated for immersing into those things in Thimphu. Totally loved this place.
