Where to start? The cleaners don't clean your room properly, and when we complained to the "Manager" about this, I say "Manager" because she, her baby and partner turn up for like an hour a day to put up pieces of paper for arriving guests with a map of where to find your room (about the most work she does). Anyway, the head cleaner, basically just ignored us and didn't make contact since. Apparently we had been leaving the 'do not disturb sign' on. When we hadn't, we had been leave the please clean room sign on. They never swept the floor unless we asked them too, hardkey ever changed the bending. All they'd do is change the small bins and leave a toilet roll? The cleaners spend more time sitting down on their phones. The rooms look like they haven't been revamped in 20 years. We had to ask for a microwave. We weren't told anything about the breakfast option and also the pool was invaded by none members who would use the pool for free. I asked the Manager about this and she said it was their policy that the pool could be used by none guests. Laughable as we pay them money for a quiet experience. Just pay half the price on a room near by and use their pool for free, what a fantastic policy!? The spare bed is literally anspare sofa that is like sleeping on a cardboard box, my back is in pieces after 2 weeks of sleeping on it. It's apparently a 3* but I'd barely give it a 1. The Manager clearly just doesn't care, the cleaners don't really care anymore and the place is falling apart. A bit of investment, decent mansgement and a lick of paint couldnl really turn that place around, shame.
