Room is not clean and not well maintained and rooms are too worst. And no geyser in the room and no hot water provided

Room is clean, but the water bottle and towels are not provided. Hot water is available as they have a solar geyser. Close to temple main Raja gopuram.
Suggestion: Provide water bottles and towels, toiletries at the time of checkin.

The hotel management did not respond properly.He was very rood.There was no room boy to srve.One boy came after 20 mts.They know only Tamil .They don't know any other languages.The hotel was not that much clean.Provided hot water .One good thing is Lord Arunachalam hill was clearly visible from window.

We stayed in a double room with a/c facility. The room was neat and tidy. Bathroom was very neat and fresh. The bath towel, bedsheet etc. All were good.

Location is 1km from temple, rooms are good not excellent, team is very helpful they guided us with correct information. Auto are available just outside,

Lack of cleanliness, rooms were very old and washrooms are horrible. Property pictures vary from real ambiance.
