The staff were highly cooperative and friendly. The swimming pool was just mid. We booked a cottage room and the ac didn't work at all. But when we complained, they allotted a new room for us which was nice. They helped us get bike rentals and in kayaking bookings too.

I recently stayed at Raja Resort, which is a branch of Akhil Resort, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The resort seems to categorize customers into families and bachelors, with the latter receiving subpar service. My friends and I, a group of three, were charged an extra 750 rupees for an additional bed, bringing our total payment to over 3000 rupees per night. However, we had to change rooms three times due to poor hygiene and malfunctioning sockets. The extra bed provided was dusty and in poor condition. Despite requesting a replacement, the issue persisted, leading us to forgo the extra bed entirely. We wasted nearly two hours dealing with these issues. Even after being moved to a pool view room, the overall experience was not worth the 3350 rupees charged. The resort falls short in basic facilities such as hygiene and overall maintenance. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

Basic facilities, made available are not satisfactory. Bedsheet provided was dirty, curtain torn off, toilet foul smell etc. During rainy season, i booked for non ac room for more than rs. 3000/ and got substandard facility. Restaurant offered by the resort charged heavily

Stayed for 2 nights at the property. Rooms were average, we submitted keys for room service on day 2 but wasn't done. They own multiple properties in the vicinity and we felt this property lack the service with limited to no staff available. Room service provided from another chain of their opposite to this property. No inhouse restaurant. I felt overly priced per night. With similar budget you can get room in good property that has sea view like sunview, krishnateertham. You may not get sea view room in the budget but at least enjoy the sea view from the pool. For kms station drop, hotel charged 500- which we found expensive.

I have stayed one day. It's a off season trip. We feel, the hotel staff still need to improve their hospitality. They didn't call before arrival and they couldn't find booking and frequently checked the confirmation msg and screen shot. They had doubt about booking and finally they allotted the room. Swimming pool maintained clean. Wifi not available but it shows available. Toilet kit didn't provided at hotel. Poor electricity maintenance, the fan doesn't works at proper manner.

First of all, room provided is not same as shown in mmt. Second, only small medimix soap provided as a toiletry. No shampoo and no toothpaste and brush. Third, no basic facilities such as plug point(only one available and not properly working) and no intercom. Fourth, room provided is in lobby itself. That means, if u open door everyone see what's inside your room. Atlast, geyser (water heater) also not working it was very difficult to bath a toddler. I asked for at least a bucket of hot water. No proper response. After shouting only they provided hot(cold) water. Strictly no for family as many single men sitting outside in the lobby. Very difficult for me

From there the distance to the beach is very long. There is no food in that hotel and food is available in their own hotel next door but postal is not that good.
