I had an amazing stay at SFS Hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and every corner of the property was spotless. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, the warm hospitality and excellent service made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

I had many wonderful stays here. The location is excellent, offering convenience and with a beautiful setting. The cleanliness is on par with any star hotel, and the staff, for the most part, are friendly and helpful. However, I did notice that there are some young lazy security personnel who doesn't even help women with heavy luggage or care for any queries. It's important to remember that first impressions are lasting impressions and this is an area where the service could be improved.

I've stayed at this hotel four times, and each visit has been wonderful. The service provided by Gopakumar is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and hospitality.

The food and ambience is great. Service is very good. It's a good to stay and dine.Has been visiting this place for more than two years. Never once I had raised a complaint. I would recommend this place, especially for family.

Excellent service. Clean room and bathroom, good food.cutios staff and good customer service. We got a handicap room which was very helpful for my husband who is disabled. Good location to reach the airport. Avinash , spicebridge manager was very helpful and caring.

We really enjoyed a lot. It was a fun filled & great experience.The Check-in was a breeze and felt welcomed after the long drive .The frontdesk staff was very helpful, he explained us about our package clearly giving us no doubts. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was quick to response. Restaurant staff were very friendly and going extra miles to serve food of our taste. We would also like to personally thank Mr sharth from reception,he is so attentive, helpful and respectful.Warm regards Sharth ,amazing professional service.
