O by Tamara, Trivandrum

We have visited Tamara before but this time we stayed in the newly constructed wing, which houses a suite room. The suite was modern and had nice pastel color decor, two washrooms with seperation and adequate facilities for a longish stay even. Wifi was great in the room, for my video calls and business meetings. I think that this is one of the best options for both corporate and liesure trips. Overall experience was superlative. Responsiveness of room service, housekeeping was quick and efficient. We also tried the new restaurant at level 9, Take Off. Their Blackened Pork Ribs, Tenderloin and Peri Peri chicken were authentic and cooked to perfection. The ambience and view from the rooftop restaurant was breath taking. Staff were well trained and attentive. Buffet breakfast was different on both days, other than the live counters. Their kerala seafood experience is easily one of the best in Kerala. And we have been to every place of repute in the state. The hotel was easy to reach from the bus station as it is located right on the highway. Thumba was a short ride by cab/auto. Continues to be highly recomended!

This is the 5th time in a row we are purchasing cake from O by Tamara and as usual, they have provided us with a superlicious, delicious and a really yummy cake... It was so tasty and phenomemal that the cake literally melted in our mouths spreading sweetness around .. Thanks alone is not just sufficient to convey how happy and privileged we are to have this mouth watering cake.. And not to mention their exceptional service in meeting up to our expectatioms... Now I can say whole-heartedly that we will continue to buy cakes only from here. Special thanks goes to chef, Mr.Mukesh and hotel staff, Mr.Najmal for always entrusting us with wonderful cakes and excellent service.

I had a great cappuccino at O by Tamara Trivandrum #lbv Coffee Shop. The coffee was rich in art, creamy and perfectly balanced. Mr. Najmal, who was in charge, provided outstanding service—friendly and attentive, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a top-notch coffee experience!☕

We booked O Tamara, Thiruvananthapuram Monsoon package from the O Tamara website which has many inclusions such as early check in and a late check out under the package. Our idea was to check in early being a family member birthday and have lunch at O Tamara Thiruvananthapuram and take it easy at the hotel later. On speaking to the front office after booking, they said early check in and check out is not as per the package and is subject to availability only. I feel is this was so, the voucher should have mentioned it as subject to availability. We hence decided to have a good meal and birthday at another hotel and checked in late and also decided to leave early the next day and not argue on a delayed check out as mentioned in the monsoon package voucher. While checking in, I did point this out to front office on specifically deviating from the deal the package has to offer by not mentioning the subject to availability note, and I was promised to get a revert on it, but none did so. The food also was not anywhere close to other properties in Thiruvananthapuram. I would any day choose Hilton Inn, Thiruvananthapuram over this.

My first time travelling to India with my child and husband. We stayed from June 22 til July 8,2024. The best hotel in TVM! We loved their rooms,always clean and well maintained by the energetic HK team. The O cafe has the best food selection as well, we really enjoyed our everyday breakfast, dinner and room service--Simply the best! As a former hotelier, and my husband who has been in the hospitality industry for ages, we are really pleased to have met such awesome hotel team from their chefs, Hk team, O cafe hostess- dhevika, awesome servers Brithin, VAISHAK, Jejish, Hadithya. The very charming Maneesha and her whole front Office team for always attending to us. The security men were also very nice and helpful. The coffeeshop staffs were also very kind and nice to us most specially to our toddler. Thanks to everyone for the Excellent service!You made our stay in India extra special! Clean room, delicious breakfast which includes local delicacy, very helpful staffs especially Maneesha the receptionist, and the driver Rajeev. The staffs in the café are also exceptional, I wish more hotel provides local delicacy like this.

While in Kerala, a must visit place. I am really overwhelmed with the facilities offered by them. Cuisine just unmatchable, room awesomely clean, staff behaviour exceptional, toiletries class of a choice, and finally, the tariff, just within reach

The food was the tastiest I have ever eaten. The fare had everything to suit individual tastes, North Indian, South Indian, continental etc. It was also neatly laid down by the staff. The restaurant was lively and less noisy. One can eat peacefully there.
