It is only five minutes away from award winning downtown Thomasville's brick-paved streets, charming boutiques, and delicious restaurants. With four bedrooms and a common area sleeper sofa, BuckHaven has the perfect accommodations for families, hunters, FSU fans or anyone looking to simply enjoy a vacation in the country and Thomasville's quaint historical culture.
The space
BuckHaven is a two-story home with four bedrooms upstairs and a new double sofa sleeper downstairs. It has three full bathrooms and one is downstairs. There is a gas log fireplace in living room for frosty winter mornings or evenings. There is a game room with pool table and large tv with a dvd player.

Home sweet rustic home
What a great place to make memories with your family. The location is perfect, with it outside of town, but easy to access. It’s a beautiful home that gave me vibes of my youth, during my return ‘home’. We really enjoyed the pond, with one of my children catching their first fish. Stephanie was great and even returned my call promptly with a question.

Perfect for a family with grown ups.
We enjoyed our stay. We loved the home with all the antiques although it did make us nervous about causing any damage. This is a great place for spreading out with a lot of family members. Not as close to downtown Thomasville as we would have liked - but the drive is quick. We would recommend staying there. It did take us a few days to figure out how to turn on the gas fireplace. It was supposed to be on - but it took my son figuring out that there was an on switch by the logs that needed to be turned on. We did not want to mess with it as there was a sign not to touch the logs.

Thanksgiving family reunion
We loved staying at this property! Plenty of room for a large family and the grounds are beautiful! We will definitely stay here again.

Stay at Buckhaven
Beautiful setting and location. The home was well furnished and comfortable. A few adjustments would make it stellar. Be sure to bring extra paper products (only half a roll of paper towels provided) and shower soap (not provided). I hadn't noticed when reserving, but there's no TV in the bedrooms. Internet Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, but I understand that's how it normally is in that part of town. Overall it still was a nice stay.
Wonderful fireplace, kitchen, appliances and living area!
