The resort is located close to Aadhinadha Perumal temple in a quiet village- Alwathirunagari . You can base yourself here for the Nava Tirupathi temples and start after a hearty complimentary breakfast to visit the 9 temples ( we did this) or you can choose to unwind after the Nava Tirupathi temple visits (if you are doing the trip from Tirunelveli). The well appointed rooms in the heritage property with quaint decor gives you a taste of rural Tamil Nadu with modern amenities. Good for photo shoots as well. The only issue we had was that the shower pressure was a little less for our liking. Very good vegetarian food was provided for dinner and complimentary breakfast. You can also pick up the masala powders prepared by Anantya chefs. The staff goes out of their way to provide an excellent service - they helped us plan our Nava Tirupathi temple visits with a route map that helped us finish the 9 temples between 0830 and 1230.

Very good property; very committed and pleasant team; great concept and facilities. Would recommend this to all. The perfect resort for a temple trip or a Sattvik vacation!👍👍 Shivraj, Anu, Ananthu and everyone in the team was very friendly and made us feel at home!👍

I had a wonderful experience at this property, marked by the exceptionally friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hospitality was truly remarkable, creating an atmosphere that felt both warm and inviting. The property itself was impeccably clean, with a cozy and homely vibe that instantly put us at ease. You could tell that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining the space. As for the food, it was nothing short of delightful—each dish was scrumptious and authentically prepared, showcasing the rich flavors of the local cuisine. I also want to mention Sivaraj, who was particularly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. His attentiveness made a significant impact on our overall experience, and we truly appreciated his assistance.

A lovely boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent and attentive staff, tasty country cooking and a manager Sivaraj who went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He was able to organise activities that were out the norm and to a time of our convenience. We cannot speak highly enough about the hotel and the service we received

Sivaraj and hospitality crew were great in customising and arranging personalised trips. All meals were tasty and nutritious. Often meals were customised to the various guests preferences. The property has captured the essence of the spiritual town very beautifully and charming.

I visit this place by chance, as I had some free time before reaching Tuticorin, the place is absolutely marvellous, it is built with 19th and 20th mindset and everything from the door you will notice is ofgrandfather generation, nice innovative idea. Had food and it was excellent. Many historical facts about the place has been written in the hall, so that people can easily correlate. Hats off..

Anantya in the village was a rustic yet charming property in the midst of quiet Alwarthirunagiri. The staff were courteous and helpful. Food was simple yet had homely touch and taste to it. Would recommend this place for those who want to experience a village home.

Anantya in the Village is a quaint little property that will for sure make you feel at home. My husband and I fell in love with the home that is now converted into a resort. The rooms and the property are well maintained and clean. Anup, John, Chef Michael and the rest of the group made sure our stay was very comfortable and we were well fed. The vegetarian meals were top notch and easy on tummy. The property is very close to Nava Tirupati and Tirchendur. Would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if I visit the area again.
