My staff and I were attending a dedication ceremony in Three hills so we had about 8 rooms. This is a great hotel with good value. I’ve stayed here many times. I’m always surprised (but shouldn’t be) at how friendly the staff are. They really do care that you have a great stay. I’m not typically a fan of hotel provided breakfasts as they are usually not very good. The breakfast here is the exception, it is good. Selection of eggs, bacon, fresh toast, waffle maker, fresh fruit, cereal etc. And the staff are very attentive to keeping everything refilled and fresh.

Though I have been scaling down the need to travel for my work, I have again recently stayed at Best Western during my vacation. I must say, I am more than satisfied with Best Western. The room is spotlessly clean, and the staff are courteous and responsive. Best of all, it is one hotel where you would be satisfied with value for money. The hotel includes a plentiful breakfast selection. It is convenient for someone like me; grab a quick bite, and off we go is perfect. I would always check out the Best Western for my travel accommodations.

Couldn’t find anything decent in drumheller so we stayed here for 2 night as we explore drumheller area. Drive is about 40 minutes. Room is clean. Breakfast item is different daily, they even have a fancy coffee machine. Hotel staffs were super friendly, they even let us borrow board games.

This place was great for a quiet stay, while we explored drumheller about 40 minutes away. The breakfast was a huge plus (hot and cold food included). The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. One minus was how easily sound transferred between rooms - was woken up by conversation from the next room over

Very warm welcome and lovely quiet place to stay. Next door is a restaurant/pub Bell 720 which had good options for lunch and dinner. We had a nice clean room in a very quiet location.

The absolute best service! We stayed 6+ times with our hockey team and every time this hotel goes above and beyond to give the kids a place to roam, parents to have fun, friendly, clean, kind staff that will treat you like you are family! 100000% the best hotel in the area and other hotels could learn a thing or two on customer service from this hotel!

The hotel staff were friendly. We travelled with a hockey team and they have a games room which they allowed the team to play in. Breakfast was good, with a great coffee/expresso maker. I would stay there again.

This hotel was nice and clean and the front desk staff was helpful. The reason for the low room rating was, I am in a wheelchair and would not recommend a handicap person staying here. There was carpet in the room that I could not move around on. The shower is not accessible for most handicap people. There is a step into the shower and glass doors. It is a small shower with a seat so if you are able to walk in it might work but if not it won't. The bathroom does has lots of room to move around and a high toilet and bar.

Excellent hotel when you just need a place to stay for a night during a longer trip. That being said I am sure it would be fine for a longer stay as well, based on our one night experiece. Staff super friendly and the area nearby is quiet.
