Blue Serene Resort

I had an occasion to attend a destination wedding reception at Blue Serene resorts at Thrissur Kerala in February25 The experience was memorable and left me immensely pleased. The rooms were of top class standard with all the five star facilities and amenities provided for a luxurious and a comfortable stay. The house keeping was perfect. The room service was prompt and friendly. Blue Serene Resorts in association with an event Management company of Mayjohn designed and executed a “Fairy tale wedding reception” which was fabulous, something which has to be seen to be believed. The catering by Blue Serene to their muti cuisine sumptuous dinner left the guests thoroughly enjoying. The support from F&B manager Indu Raj, Banquet Manager Joshila and Reception manager Vinod A was outstanding. Overall, an experience which I will remember for a long time. Any body planning a destination wedding in south of India, Blue Serene Resorts should be their first choice

The ambience at Blue Serene Resort is truly enchanting, offering a perfect escape into nature’s beauty. The houseboating service is exceptional, providing a serene and memorable experience on the backwaters. The restaurant serves delicious food that delights the senses with its flavors and quality. Above all, the staff are remarkable, ensuring warm hospitality and excellent service.!

We are very pleased to have conducted our son’s marriage at this resort. The scenic beauty, ambiance & the facilities made the function flawless & memorable. Our guests were impressed with the arrangements. We were well supported by the staff & management.

Our recent stay at Blue Serene resort. It was unfortunately a deeply disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we received neither a proper introduction to the resort facilities nor a welcoming drink. Hot water availability proved to be a constant issue throughout our stay. We had to repeatedly contact reception to have the hot water circulation pump and heaters activated. The breakfast buffet offered limited options, and we even found hair strands in the dosa. Tea and coffee were served cold from thermal flasks. Our booking through MakeMyTrip included a 30-minute complimentary water sport. However, reception informed us that this only applied to pedal boats, and that these needed to be pre-booked upon arrival – information we were not given initially. All available slots were already booked. The swimming pool was poorly maintained, with visible insects in the water. The children's pool was constructed with sharp-edged tiles, resulting in a cut on my child's foot. While the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the overall experience at Blue serene was extremely underwhelming and the worst of any resort I have stayed at during my travels.

We had an amazing stay at Blue Serene. It was a time worth remembering. I visited with my family and they were amazed by the view and greenery we witnessed. I would surely recommend this hotel for family stay. It is pure magic. We even tried the house boat. Must Visit! 💯

The place is really beautiful and truly like its name serene. The hospitality is nice, food is amazing, very authentic Kerala food. I would definitely visit again but this time with my family so that they can experience the beauty of Kerala through blue serene resort.
