Overall the experience was good, We had breakfast, which was really good, staff was very courteous,helpful. Service was very prompt.welcome complimentary Biscuit was good, but it was not repeated, 😄😊😃😀, one comment on the toilet commode, it is placed very low, will be a problem for Senior citizens, who are having knee problems.

This amazing little treasure located on the island near the shipyard. Everything you need for your first night India, staff are brilliant and the food is amazing, a vast array of different options, highly recommend this place, shame we did not have longer, they have other locations and we will certainly visit them in the future

The rooms are well furnished but exceptionally unhygienic. The bed basically was sort of an entomologist's delight. There were three different species of small insects trying to 'feed' on us over and above hordes of mosquitoes flying around. One of the insect6s in the bed managed to scratch and tear the skin and draw blood easily. Troubled by the combined onslaught of three types of insects on the bed and a flying one, I was forced to get the housekeeping to replace the entire lot of sheets and pillow cover by around midnight after which only we could sleep. The restaurant has excellent wait staff of which Mr. Venu from Chelakkara really stands out. Food was passable. We were served burnt vegetable curry one night but the staff realizing that the dish was inedible, were sweet enough to replace it. There was a male staff at the reception (during night) who was completely clueless about whatever you ask. The lady staff at the reception during the day time was a really good one. The rooms are ridiculously overpriced since the hotel hardly looks like a star hotel. The hotel is only walking distance from Sakthan Bus Station and hence the location is OK.

This is an old property with spacious & clean rooms. A/c is not working at its desired efficiency. Toiletry kept was just moisturizer. Neither body wash gel or shampoo or any soap was kept. They do not provide bathroom chappals. Breakfast was good and staff are courteous.

This hotel is poorly maintained, very old and not clean. Probably good for local people. However, it does not meet the international standards. The shower is terrible. The shower head is placed in the middle of washroom with no designated place to hold/drain water. If someone takes shower, the entire floor will be wet and it is a hazard to use the washroom until the water is dried up. In addition, there is no designated office space or table. I will not recommend or book this place in the future. However, I must say that the staff, especially people in the restaurant, security, and housekeeping were very polite and humble. The issue is with the management. There was a well-dressed person sitting in the front desk. However, he has shown no interest in the guests. These people will never check emails. So, you cannot communicate with them through emails. Overall, I feel that I wasted a few dollars at this facility.

It’s not a 4 star hotel. Although the facility is well located and is a large building, it’s poorly maintained for guests. The bathrooms were not clean in executive deluxe room. Phone or drive didn’t work in suite room which was more expensive. Food was awful
