A useful stop over, unfortunately not the cleanest but adequate. Helpful staff and good amenities.

Hotel location is ideal Leicester centre and good for stop over. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. However the room cleanliness is very poor. Amenities and equipment is zero. No iron, no fridge etc . Kettle is dirty, pillows and bedsheets dirty.

Very dirty rooms noise road staff not there

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! All we needed was a base. At £50 per night, you can’t camp for that these days. Yes, it’s dated, needs a good overhaul However the reception staff were great, helpful and polite. We slept well and had tea and coffee in the room. The restaurant next door serves the most amazing food! What more can I say?

What an awful place ….. actually never stayed at anywhere so dirty and run down. Bed was so soft we both kept rolling to the middle! The door wouldn’t lock properly and there is no one on reception after 10pm . Bath mat in the shower had all mould on it . Unfortunately it was the only accommodation left near to a wedding we went to . Unless you really have no choice I’d avoid!

We stayed two nights in this so called hotel, we were first greeted by a terrible smell in the corridor and when we got into the room the was just as bad if not worse, the walls have drink stains on the them, the bed side cabinet had the edging missing and the bare chipboard, the room had cobwebs and the bathroom floor was dirty, we also knew a fair few other people in the hotel and they all said the same that it was smelly and dirty, one said it smelt of **** and another one pulled out there bed to find mould on the wall and dirty socks as well, dor us as we got to the hotel late the reception had gone home so could not report any issues so I decided to email customer service on my return home and they are as useful as a chocolate fireguard, don't ever go to this hotel it needs knocking down,it has to be the worst hotel ever.

To describe this place as a flea pit would be an understatement. The place needs a complete overhaul & I recommend that you only stay here if there is literally nowhere else to stay. This place is filthy, the rooms seem to only get the basic amount of ‘cleaning’ both rooms we were shown could do with a full deep clean. The first room was stinking of cigarette smoke and the second reeked of curry. The floors, walls, light switches, doors, tiles on bathroom walls & bathroom were all filthy & had marks/dirt/stains - the sofa was just disgustingly filthy & we completely avoided it. We were unfortunate enough to stay here for only one night, but I didn’t read the reviews before we booked…I won’t make that mistake again & I hope by reading this that it will avoid you the same pain.
