Holly lodge is simply the best. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this beats them all. Myself and partner stayed in the Holly room. There simply are no words for how amazing the room was. It is beautifully decorated and very sophisticated. Whoever designed the room clearly has an eye for detail. I have never seen a place so spotlessly clean either and the grounds are very well maintained. The full English breakfast was delicious and if that’s not your sort of thing, there’s an excellent choice of pastries, cereal and fruit. The staff are all so lovely. Very friendly and genuinely interested in there guests. Honestly cannot rate Holly lodge enough. Have booked already for next year. Thanks for an amazing stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Mulberry cottage. It was set out really nicely with lots of little extras. A clean comfortable and pretty room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and served in the conservatory area. I have added some photos which show what a lovely room it was. I would recommend to friends and family.

We stayed in the glorious Shepherds Hut, our second stay and just as gorgeous and comfortable. Really well equipped and luxurious fittings, surroundings are gorgeous too. Breakfast is delicious and staff are lovely. Thursford Christmas Spectacular is walking distance too which is an added bonus. A gem of a place and we will return soon.

We stayed for one night before starting a three day cycling tour and were very impressed with Holly Lodge. Everything was perfect, the large, comfy room with every need catered for, the lovely breakfast, the amazing service and the beautiful buildings and surroundings. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous well equipped bedrooms and public areas. Well kept grounds. Ample parking. Quiet location. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Complementary Thursford collection tickets. Absolutely perfect stay couldn't have asked for better.

Wonderful stay at the Holly Lodge. Staff were welcoming, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The place itself is in a quiet idyllic location, but not too far from local tourist attractions. The property is well presented, it lives up to its name and a bit more. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place to others, and would love to stay again next time we visit Norfolk.

Absolutely outstanding. Beautiful room, friendly staff. We have just stayed for 4 nights in "Ivy" and had a wonderful time. The room was perfect, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was served fresh every morning with a smile. We would definitely return and without fail recommend.

This was our tenth visit, this time in Mulberry, and our stay was every bit as enjoyable as the previous nine. We've now stayed in every one of the beautifully appointed rooms and whichever one you choose we can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Located in the quiet village of Thursford Green the standard of accomodation is extremely high. The delicious breakfast is served in the beautiful conservatory by the friendly and helpful staff who are more than happy to pass on their knowledge of the local area. If you're looking for quality accomodation away from the hustle and bustle yet within easy reach of all the main attractions along the north Norfolk coast, then you've found it. We're already looking forward to our next visit in December for the magical Thursford Christmas Show. Thanks again for another lovely stay and we'll see you then.

Fantastic visit! We stayed in the Shepherd’s Hut which had a kitchen area, really comfortable bed, sofa, chair, TV, radio, feature LED lighting, air conditioning, shower room/toilet, welcome pack of wine, biscuits, water and tea & coffee etc. The morning breakfast in the main building/conservatory with really friendly helpful team who looked after us. The entire property is split with rooms available in the main building or in the Hut or in some renovated cottages. Plenty of parking and the area it’s located is wonderful. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return again especially for the Christmas period - but book early as the bookings disappear quickly, that’s how popular it is!
