Premier Inn Thurso

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Was up in Thurso with my mum who is no longer very mobile. I asked for a twin accessible room and the staff made sure everything was spot on when we arrived. Cannot thank the staff enough for everything during our stay. Spotlessly clean with everything that you need. Free parking, ample choice of food on offer, but what sets it apart is how helpful and accommodating the staff are! I didn’t get the ladies names, but the blond haired lady at breakfast and the lovely dark haired lady on reception made our stay top notch. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when back visiting family in the area. Thank you!!

Excellent experience the hotel was modern clean and everything you can expect of a premier inn. The best experience I have had staying at a premier inn. All the staff were amazing even though we arrived late there was parking and the staff could not have been more welcoming. Fiona, Naomi were especially helpful and made the experience great for the children being friendly and engaging with them. The breakfast was everything you could expect and Keiran the chef made sure everything was cooked well and available. Would stay again. Thank you for our great stay

Excellent one night stay at the PremierInn Thurso. Was in Caithness on business. This hotel is 5 minutes walk from Thurso town centre. 2 minutes from the railway station. It has free parking and wifi. I was greeted by a friendly staff member and checked in quickly. Standard PremierInn room. The hotel is quite new so the room was fresh, clean and everything worked. Only grumble is that this hotel has air conditioning but the windows don’t open. For all the times that the far north of Scotland gets a day when a/c is needed (or even nice), I’d take an opening window and fresh air every time! I had a meal deal. Evening meal was good. I thought that breakfast (prepared by Chef Hannah) was excellent. Hot, tasty, good choice well presented. I enjoyed every mouthful! Well done and thanks to the team at PremierInn Thurso. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel was extremely clean, the food was very good value for money. The staff were as friendly and as helpful as they were on my previous visit, Fiona (the lady who works there) was extremely professional and very helpful. I was pleased with the experience and will use the Thurso Premier Inn again. Ian Ford

Staff were friendly and helpful, room and hotel was clean, lots of parking spaces, bed was amazingly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep, liked the lighting in the room and there was plenty of plugs and charging units. Would of been ideal if the room had a small fridge in it 🤗

Lovely stay at Premier Inn Thurso. Rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient, thanks to Nyomi who also did a splendid job in the restaurant. A special mention to the young chef on duty on the morning of 13th of March. I had to leave before breakfast started and he ensured I was well fed before I left. He couldn't have been more obliging if he tried.
