Very good location and with very friendly staff. I've been staying at this hotel during my trips to Tianjin since 2017. Very clean and modern room

I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

Situated about 20 minutes away from Tianjin West Railway station by car, this serviced apartment is big with sufficient facilities convenient for a family to stay in. The beds were clean and comfy and the ensuite toilet had a bathtub too. The common living room area had a couch and a TV for friends and family to gather comfortably if they intend to stay in the apartment for some bonding time. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with a large group as its price is also very affordable!

Good place for a family stay. It has an apartment flavor, not like a typical hotel. Very comfortable and spacious.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and nice. The location is very convenient, close to subway station, restaurants, stadium. Will stay there again next time going to Tianjin.

This is our third time at this hotel, with twice in 2023. The hotel, used to be called Fraser Hotel, is now under new management but we did not feel any drop in quality whatsoever. The hotel is clean, close to metro and other transportation. The staff is responsive 24 hours a day and they promptly arrive and take care of any need we have had. We are planning to come back and stay here again in the coming week after our travel. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

So clean and comfortable with excellent service

Excellent service - the staff are very friendly and ready to provide service any time. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and very suitable for family trip. This is the second time we stayed there and each time we had an enjoyable stay.

The CM+service apartment is a really good accommodation for families, friends and couples. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well maintained. This apartment was great for 1 night stay or longer.Definitely recommended this place.

Stayed in a three bedroom apartment with family and friends. Location wise, it is good. Literally just next door you can find a decent Japanese Izakaya (居酒屋）and a respectable Cantonese restaurant. A short drive will take you to various malls. attractions and restaurants. The apartment was well stuffed. What one needs are all there. As the property is not new, there are wears-and-tears, not crumbling but..... Front desk service staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff are all up to par. Friendly, warm and efficient. Breakfast is ok, nothing to shout about but sufficient. Cost wise, it is good value for money. A major downside of our stay was the jacuzzi was under maintenance, thus depriving the kids of some recreational fun. A slight hiccup was one of the three treadmills was down for the whole duration of our stay, depriving us of a friendly competition. Overall, a pleasant enough stay.
