The hotel was generally very well-positioned although it is located within a relatively deserted mall, being just across a mega mall with everything you desire - big brands to food. Access to metro is also there in the mall, about 7-10 min walk from the coffitel. The crews were welcoming, service crews make your room everyday without fail. Hotel guests get to enjoy free cups of coffee any time, which was a pleasing gesture. Room facilities were complete. The only qualm I have was no bidet in the W.C. so if you need water to clean, you need to be resourceful.

Love the hotel design. All guests who booked the hotel get to redeem free coffee from the reception. Freshly brew and it’s good stuff! The hotel is just opposite famous Tianjin Joy city shopping mall and the metro Gulou station is directly linked to it. So convenient and the mall has many food choices and shopping too. Stay for 1 night in a cosy room.

Location is quite easy to missunderstand because the it is in chinese, but it just in the building so just go to the building and find it. In the summer, some room smell quite humid. There are many mini diner around, you will not see guests because it’s all delivery, but you dine in too. Subway is in the joy city mall, so go into the nall and get to the subway instead. Quite shocking with the very good robot room delivery service, you can ask for some food delivery too, just make sure to give back money through alipay.

Well the hotel was nice. Room was pretty new, but it wasn’t very clean. The shampoo and shower gel provided were used, which was kind of strange. Overall the location is super, stuff is very nice and the hotel is very cozy. The most important is that they accept foreigners. I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

The hotel location is superb. Right opposite the hotel was a big shopping mall with the metro located at basement. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. Customer service is good and the robot delivery served us well too.
