Nice room with modern decor, great price. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Tianshui downtown, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and night markets. A nice 15 mins walk or $5RMB cab ride to 天水古城（Tianshui Ancient City) and Fuxi Temple.
We were on the 12 floor where the laundry room and restaurant is, it was convenient for our stay. However, if I had the option, I would ask for 9-11th floor because the 13th floor is a restaurant. It can get noisy sometimes with chairs and table moving around. There were minor issues with water leaking from the shower door, but the staff addressed it immediately and was very friendly about it.
Overall, I’d recommend the hotel.

酒店的服務和環境都特別好，特別想表揚一下陳經理。因為我們原本定的是大床房，結果到店後對大床房外面的景觀不太滿意，因此想改成雙床房，陳經理快速幫我調換了更高樓層的雙床房，效率很高，服務態度也特別好。而且，第二天因為我們的高鐵是晚上，想要辦理延遲退房，在和陳經理協商後，補上了差價，讓我們在景點吃完午飯後好好休息了一下，真的很棒…
同時，酒店的整體環境和其他服務都挺好的，房間寬敞明亮，入住還有歡迎果盤，讓我們感受到賓至如歸的待遇，以後如果朋友來應該會推薦這家酒店。

酒店就在市政府對面，地理位置非常好在鬧市區，伏義廟和天水古城也很近，出行很方便，酒店還有地下停車場，保安非常認真負責，非常適合自駕遊，酒店設施和房間都很好，酒店每天給我們房間送一份水果點心，特別周到。前台的小姐姐也非常熱情有問必答，還幫我們升級房間，非常温馨。特別是前台美女小辛幫我們找行李車把行李送到房間，還給我們發旅遊攻略，介紹好玩的地方，給小姐姐們點贊。

酒店環境非常好，乾淨整潔，工作人員也很熱情，有訴求總能快速響應。房間裏很智能，有小度，可以語音控制房間裏的設施，非常方便。早餐味道很不錯，還有天水的特色，這次住得很開心，手動點贊！

作為攜程鑽石會員，這次入住天水古城旁的柏霖艾菲酒店完全超出預期！從前台熱情接待到客房升級，服務細節滿分——得知會員身份後，不僅贈送了精緻的敦煌文創禮盒，還貼心給了一盒漱口水，個一盒蒸汽眼罩，儀式感拉滿！
最驚喜的是酒店早餐，堪稱“碳水天堂”：現煮的天水麻辣燙湯底香辣濃郁，酸辣粉酸爽開胃，涼皮筋道彈牙，地道風味秒殺街邊老店！中西式餐點也搭配豐富，水果新鮮清甜，連吃三天不重樣。
酒店步行至古城僅10分鐘，逛完景點回來還能享受管家式服務，體驗感完全不輸五星！強烈推薦給計劃來天水旅行的朋友，絕對物超所值～
