We stayed in an Airelles apartment above the Spar shop (3 bedrooms, 1 cabin and sauna). For us, the stay and location was perfect! Check in at the main Montana hotel was efficient with plenty of information given along with our pre-ordered lift passes. Parking was extra (again pre-ordered) and conveniently under the building. The apartment (M38) was spacious and clean and the configuration perfect for our party of 7. The welcome kitchen cleaning pack was a nice touch also. All equipment we needed for the week was there and functional and there was plenty of storage space. The balconies offered varying views, all wonderful, and we enjoyed the loungers off the one in the living area. The sauna was also perfect for us and we enjoyed using this throughout our stay. There were also 2 spa baths in the apartment, which was a surprise we weren’t expecting. Having the Spar downstairs was super useful for essential supplies and the town and Le Lac front were only a short walk away. The shuttle bus stop, giving access to the surrounding towns, was just outside. To access the piste, you just had a short walk up a slope to access. Again, very handy and convenient. The boot room is a little small but was functional for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would certainly come back again in the future

Our expectations based on website photos and reviews were better than our experience. While the size of the apartment was reasonable and location great, the apartment was not particular clean and the decor and feel of the place was old, dull and tired. The apartments had a musty smell. Based on alternative accommodation our family had in Tignes this felt very over priced.

Good location as it is near the Almes Ski Lift . You can ski in and ski out though the ski lockers can get busy at peak times . The accommodation is basic and probably need a bug refurbish in the near future . You need to check in at the hotel before you can get access to the self catering block -wish someone had informed us of this . Staff are very friendly -ask for Diana -she is a star!. SPA supermarket is a short walk away . Access to the ski area is very good . Really enjoyed my stay here . Remember to bring your firestick as all te TV channels are in French . Would stay here again-wish the seating area in the accommodation was larger and more comfy seats

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the accommodation. Cleanliness, the apartment was not clean. It had not been hoovered. There was hair in the bath & Sink. Kitchen utensils were not clean.

The hotel is located very well, a few steps from the slopes and lifts. Unfortunately, this is the only positive thing. In the reception area and corridors, it smells of toilet and cleaner. We stayed in an apartment with 2 bedrooms and cabin, which was totally run down and dirty. After a long discussion with the director and no options offered (not even a cancellation with refund or offering any apologise services), they cleaned the apartment again and on our complaint offered free spa entrance (yes, this is not included with a fee of 25€ per person per day!). We went once, but realized that the pool and jacuzzi were run down as well and not cleaned regularly, the relaxation area is cold and the whole spa very small. It is very unfortunate that they don‘t invest in maintaining the apartments while demanding a high price - we will definitely not return or recommend to stay there.

The property is clean, and the location is fantastic. Ski-in, ski-out, and a 5-minute walk to buses mean access to other resorts via bus and airport transfer. Short walk into town. We had the 10-person apartment and another 2 in the same building, so it's great for large groups!

The apartments were ideal for door to door skiing - could literally ski from just outside. Apartment was basic but quite spacious with a nice kitchenette that came with a dish washer. Walls were a bit thin, but no real noice from any other apartments. 2 mins walk to the main hotel with really friendly staff - very helpful and the friendly Portuguese receptionist was great. Nice views and a central location, not far from the main square in Tignes and InterSport for ski hire. Was great for just 2 adults sharing a bedroom each. Would go again.

A nicely located hotel with very helpful reception staff and a pleasent lobby and bar area after an apres ski drink. The hotel's restaurants were lovely and efficient. I was a little disappointed by the outdated decor in our apartment compared to newer accommodation. A lack lights ( really low lighting in sitting area and bedrooms) and 90s grunge coloured wall colour gave the apartment a slightly gloomy air.
