Hôtel les Suites du Montana by les Etincelles

Our stay at the hotel can be stated as excellent, from the ever so polite and helpful reception staff to the attentive restaurant staff that catered for us in the gourmet restaurant. The food in the gourmet restaurant was fantastic from fillet steaks to apple sorbet and foam all presented beautifully. I have a dairy intolerance and they even accommodated that. Breakfasts were equally enjoyable with a mixture of cold meats and cheese along with cooked options of bacon, sausages, potato and eggs every way possible, all with plentiful fruit juices, teas and coffees. The room was a huge suite with its own lounge and the bathroom even had its own sauna. The main steam room, sauna and pool were lovely, the steam room being particularly favourite and really helpful after a day on the slopes. Can't recommend highly enough

We loved this hotel , we were here for 2 weeks so it felt like home ,the service was efficient , helpful with friendly staff and relaxed vibe with stunning views

Pro - overall very nice quality and service - large room with double room and double bathroom, plus living room and open fire is wonderful - excellent view of station, village and mountain and lovely balcony - very good restaurant and other options are available - friendly receptionists - refreshments at reception and ski room are very nice - shuttle service within village - ski in/out - early breakfast take-away bag was appreciated on the last day - exclusive setting Contra - shower in room not existing, you need to hand hold the shower head - gym room, equipment half low serviced, half not working. A treadmill would have been appreciated - the whirlpool in the room is not that powerful - service at restaurant very busy and a little disorganized, they did not seem to know what they were doing - you can use the next hotel (4 star) outdoor pool and spa, which is very nice, but you need to walk outside - did not provide different pillow options apart fro, the standard ones - restaurant reservation was already booked but at second and last shift, and because of the service comment it sometimes took very long - at breakfast a self-service for eggs (potentially every day a different style) and coffee would be more convenient and faster
