I stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago and had a good stay but revisited recently and was really disappointed. The breakfast in particular has got a lot worse, the scrambled eggs were col and rubbery and the coffee was dishwater. I won't be repeating the experience!

This is a two star hotel masquerading as a four star hotel and I would not stay here again. Our bedroom was facing the street and it was very noisy through the windows, and the heating wasn't on so it was cold at night. Most disappointing was the breakfast, coffee was dishwater so we on the second morning we skipped the hotel breakfast and went to a cafe.

I stayed at this hotel from 24-26 October 2024 and when I checked out was charged 1010 lei ($215) to my credit card for a small bottle of mineral water from the minibar. I contacted them on my return home to complain and request a refund, but they have ignored my emails and telephone calls. I still feel upset about this experience - I feel like I was robbed - and wanted to warn other travellers about the dishonest practices of this hotel.

I would give this hotel 3.5 stars. The room itself was great. Very modern and felt new. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location in town is good. Unfortunately the breakfast is awful. I was the first person to arrive right when it opened. The hot dishes were completely cold. Each morning, plates, serving utensils, bowls, or other items were missing. There was no care put into any of it. The front desk service was also perfunctory. If these two things were fixed, I would rate this hotel much higher.

We did not have a chance to use our reservation, the Owner call us with a day before, to tell us that our reservation is cancel!!!! Why, we ask??? “ Because, I have a “ group” and this is how i make money!! So, sorry!” That was the answer! So, don’ t go there! If you are not a “ group” , he can not make money with you… For us, was a…, Horrible experience!!! One day before arrival!!! No stars, for this un profesional, un ethical, un believable careless team of this place. Don’ t go there, you risk to sleep in the parc.

Stayed one night for a friend's wedding and could not be more pleased. Staff are excellent, perfect room with decent size and great amenities, and good selection of food at breakfast. Definitely recommended for anyone spending a few days in town.

A modern hotel building tucked in one of the many attractive pedestrian side roads off Unirii Square, surrounded by beautiful (and sometimes dilapidated) grand European buildings. The road outside was not too busy and it was not noisy. So, the hotel is in a great spot - really central to the sights, the buzz, the restaurants of Timisoara - a great location. The outside of the hotel is simple and modern; the interior similar. I could not have fallen in love with it for its looks. However, it had everything we needed; everything was well put together and high spec. Marble bathroom, great bed, spacious room, decent towels, really effective and quiet air con (and we really needed this in the very high temperatures when we arrived). The breakfast was a good offer - everything we could have wanted. I would have perhaps given a half mark down for the coffee at breakfast being so-so; and the welcome on the reception desk when we first arrived was also so-so. As I can’t, 5 stars. And I would happily stay here again.
